🚨#BREAKING: Outrage is erupting after a Colorado dad who helped his son become the YOUNGEST PERSON EVER to reach the top of Yosemite’s El Capitan...
...was REPORTED TO CHILD PROTECTIVE SERVICES for letting him do it.
Yes, you read that right.
His name is Joe Evermore, his son is Joey “Danger” Evermore.
Yes, Danger is his real middle name 🤣
Joey started the climb at 6 years old and he turned 7 HALFWAY UP THE WALL.
On May 20th, after FIVE DAYS on a 3,000-foot granite face, he reached the summit.
His older brothers, Sam and Sylvan, had both done it at 8, Joey beat them both.
By the way... this was not a stunt thrown together over a weekend, it was a rope ascent with a full support team.
Joe says his son was anchored to the wall the entire way, and that he managed the risks with a team, preparation, and training.
In his dad’s words: “In a way he’s the least afraid that we’ve ever seen.”
After the story went global, the comments turned ugly.
Joe says people told him his kids would be better off in FOSTER CARE... and then came the CPS reports.
Not one. MULTIPLE.
Joe says the family then got a LETTER from Child Protective Services.
CPS had reviewed the complaints... and DECLINED to pursue them (the right move)
Joe’s words: “they just don’t understand what’s dangerous and what’s not dangerous.”
So true... people let their kids have live access to anything and everything on the internet, but as soon as they see a brave kid doing something OUTSIDE, people lose their minds.
Childhood is being slowly destroyed by people who don't know what danger really is.
This man did nothing wrong and that boy is a LEGEND!!!!

A little appreciation goes a long way. Today we celebrate the fathers-in-law who shared their wisdom and hearts to become mentors, supporters, and family. Happy Father-in-Law Day!

Kuss avoided a potentially devastating fall in the second spill on the Col de Sarenne, with safety netting mounted to a cement barrier appeared to prevent him from tumbling down the steep mountainside.

It’s hard to put into words how important it is for every citizen to not just watch this, but try to internalize @BenSasse world view and perspective. If we do we can change the trajectory of America. Thank you for your courage and insights Senator.

We spent a century dismantling every institution that tried to teach people how to be good. Now we're building AI on the wreckage and wondering why it has no soul.

'I wish it need not have happened in my time," said Frodo. "So do I," said Gandalf, "and so do all who live to see such times. But that is not for them to decide. All we have to decide is what to do with the time that is given us.'

This is one of the greatest lines by Tolkien. Filled with profound wisdom and reality:
“Yet it is not our part to master all the tides of the world, but to do what is in us for the succour of those years wherein we are set, uprooting the evil in the fields that we know, so that those who live after may have clean earth to till. What weather they shall have is not ours to rule.”

We’re being played. Social media algorithms and America’s friendship deficit push people to impulsively post emotion-driven thoughts online. Careers ruined. Hoodwinked and duped, all for strangers’ approval. Rant to your friends, not the world.

America, meet 20 year-old Kaleb G.—the new producer of my podcast and a student at Kuyper College. Tonight we had a 3-hour planning session. I’ve spent years talking about men’s issues, but now a man in his 20s will help lead the conversation. Big things coming. Stay tuned!

NEW: Tim Tebow gets emotional while sharing a map with Shawn Ryan showing 111,000 IP addresses that downloaded child p*rn of kids under 12 in just the past 30 days.
Horiffic.
During his sit-down with Ryan, Tebow called on Congress to take action.
"55% to 85% are also hands-on offenders. And your average offender has 13 victims in their lifetime, 13 victims."
"Every one of those red dots is a boy or girl that is suffering on the other end of what they're sharing, downloading, or distributing."
