Just a quick PSA for PR reps: please don't pitch my PEOPLE email with opps for Yahoo Finance. I am not accepting pitches for Yahoo Finance (and do not book the podcast guests).
If you want to pitch for coverage at PEOPLE, I cover:
-Influencers
-Nostalgia
-Astrology
-Viral Videos

The Hunger Games: Sunrise on the Reaping – in theaters November 20, 2026.
This hurts me to read 💔 wishing the best for everyone affected by these layoffs. Polygon has been one of my favorite sites for gaming news for years and this will absolutely affect the landscape for coverage
Also to clarify, I am not accepting pitches from other writers! I do not handle freelance at PEOPLE, this tweet is purely about PR pitches (because I get a lot of AI and business-related stuff in my PEOPLE inbox intended for Yahoo Finance)

THREAD: Last year, ProPublica started receiving tips from an unusual kind of source: flight attendants.
They said they'd worked on deportation flights for ICE, and they could tell us what it was really like on board. 1/
I'm actually quaking that's so soon

Chappell Roan calls for labels to give new artists a liveable wage and healthcare during her #GRAMMYs acceptance speech:
“I told myself if I ever won a Grammy and I got to stand up here in-front of the most powerful people in music, I would demand that labels and the industry profiting millions of dollars off artists would offer a liveable wage and healthcare, especially to developing artists… labels we got you, but do you got us?”
I had the incredibly cool opportunity to talk to Dropout's @samreich about the streamer's CollegeHumor beginnings for @people! Just happened to sneak this one in before #gauntletatthegarden tonight 😉 people.com/what-happened-to-…

By the time you're reading this, I'm probably frantically packing for a life-changing flight I'm about to take across the world for closing night of 'The Eras Tour'! This tour has brought me so joy I just couldn't even bring myself to write down what I was feeling — so I spoke about it instead LOL! I had the honor of doing an exclusive with @PEOPLE to recap on the insane whimsical ride 'The Eras Tour' has been for me. Thank you to the sweetest @zblyttle for such an amazing interview and thank you to every person on here who has supported me and allowed me to bring you updates on 'The Eras Tour' to you wherever you are in this beautiful world. I have made friends I will carry for life and the safe space I have on this account, thanks to this community, will always have the largest place in my heart. Thank you Taylor Swift for you, your music and how you've brought such a large community of people together in the most loving, chaotic and fun way possible! Thank you for giving every single one of us the ultimate escape from the stresses of reality, our beloved Eras Tour 🫶🏻🥹✨Thank you thank you thank you thank you!!!
