Hello people, I built a tool that let's you see and help you clear your old agent sessions easily.
since they also take up a lot of space. you can also try it out:
github.com/notnotrachit/Sess…
run directly via - npx sessionzero
or install via brew - brew install notnotrachit/tap/sessionzero
can you try it and let me know your feedbacks pls.
My sessions were taking 10gb + space ☠️

Over the past few days Discord's CTO has hinted at a big update: a rewrite of the desktop client that moves it away from Electron to a fully native client in Rust.

Remembering the good old days
It was more satisfying without AI, still remember building a whole cryptic hunt platform from scratch in my school days, after weeks of work. I remember learning Django for it, and the feeling at the end was so satisfying.
I think building is more now, but it was more satisfying before

🚨 Nightmare day for cybersecurity
Multiple major security incidents, active exploits, supply chain compromises...
If you run production systems, start patching NOW.
PHP: Two critical unauthenticated RCEs. Attackers already exploiting them. Patch NOW
LiteLLM: v1.107.0 on PyPI and Docker is BACKDOORED. Steals cloud, SSH, and AI credentials. Pin 1.106.2. Rotate secrets.
eMudhra: A certificate authority's keys were crackable. Update your browsers, systems, and trust stores.
Node.js / Next.js / React: Security releases for Brotli RCE, TLS bypasses, and TWO critical Next.js RCEs.
TiDB Cloud: PingCAP breached through stolen credentials. Customer information and other sensitive data exfiltrated. Read the attacker's release, fun stuff.
Plex2Shell: Weaponized within HOURS of the PoC. Attackers already deploying cryptominers and proxy backdoors.
BeyondTrust / Ivanti: Actively exploited zero-days added to CISA's KEV catalog. BeyondTrust attacks linked to a China-nexus campaign.
And that's not even the full list.
Patch. Audit. Rotate. NOW.

AnyPS5 just hit 100% for GPU shader instructions. A lesson can be learned by Sony here.

In July, a firmware bug let attackers drain ~1,800 BTC from Coldcard hardware wallets.
We followed one strand of it in 3 searches.562 BTC.
Moved once. Untouched for 67 days.
Every address and number is in this thread.
Check it yourself. 👇

no one on X seems to be looking at code anymore.
but I just love looking at C code
can't really explain why

One address. Multiple networks. Different on-chain context.
Let’s walk through a public address in Forensia and see why the network matters in a blockchain investigation.
🧵
we are open sourcing devin but better.
Zuse brings cloud agents:
- use your own subscriptions, only pay for sandbox runtime
- Boat (super cheap) or E2B (fast spinups) for sandboxes more coming soon
- sync files to local to test
- run commands on your Mac without reinstalling CLIs in the cloud
- clone / open repos using SSH

It is concerning how enggs are losing their grip on their systems. Not just on the low-level code, but on the end-to-end flow of their systems as well.
I think there are two reasons for this:
1. Everything is in a hurry now. We are constantly optimizing for faster delivery, so there is less time to understand how things actually work.
2. We are moving towards higher-order abstractions. What could have been 5 well-documented steps explaining how things work is now abstracted away into poorly maintained skill files.
Btw, abstractions do not eliminate complexity. They just move it somewhere else.
So when a rare and complex issue shows up, it takes relatively longer to understand, diagnose, and fix the problem.
The happy path got faster. Yay! But failure path got longer. And that is a tradeoff we are not talking about enough.

I was travelling in Himachal when @ybhrdwj dropped this banger.
was already missing the pahadi bangers on the bus ride, so had to make my own version.

I made a website that plays bangers from indian barbershops
before you became fancy and started visiting salons. you once went to a 'saloon'. ₹20 haircuts. simple hairstyles with music that could fix your soul.

new surfaces, a rebuilt search, live source resolution you can watch happen, and honesty labels on every verdict.
