Been replaying GTA 4, and it's kinda jarring how empty the relationships are in the series, especially when compared to RDR, where you can actually feel the chemistry. Really glad GTA 6 is putting more emphasis on relationships this time around.

DCU is the only universe where a film can have recoup its entire production budget opening weekend...have metrics like a 3.8 on Letterboxd, A- Cinema Score, & a 75/94 split on Rotten Tomatoes and still be called a failure

Oh no, I can't believe the sequel to The Batman is preventing us from seeing Andy Muschietti's Batman, what a tragedy
f4 hype g@Fantastic4HypeG22h
You all won’t admit it, but I will. Matt Reeves hogging the Batman character and taking 7 years to release a fucking Batman movie is costing the DCU’s success It’s hard for general audiences to care about fucking Clayface when he can’t even fight Batman. Reeves is stingy af.

"Matt reeves is stopping Batman from being in the DCU and keeping the character isolated to an excellent standalone franchise"

I've been replaying GTA 4 recently and for a game that's typically described as "dark and gritty" it's ironic that its probably the funniest entry in the series

I fear the DCU is not beating the public perception that DC movies are bad if they’re putting out back to back movies where the best review is “eh, it’s not that bad”

You gotta remember that X-Men: Apocalypse came out just before this, so watching them drop a nuke like this hit 10x as hard. Such a special trailer that instantly sold me on the movie

This tweet must seem like such an epic own if you're stupid enough to think algorithmic AI and generative AI are the same thing.

Imagine Surf Dracula where he surfs every episode but he only gets his iconic surfboard at the very last episode. That's Smallville
ClarkQuill97@CQuill97Oct 16
People say that Smallville was the original Surf Dracula but every single week for 10 years this dude did Superman shit. He saved people, struggled with his identity and loneliness, tried to find love and he also wore blue and red all the time. Happy 25 years to this goated show.

Callina Liang says she freaked out at the Blumhouse offices when she found out they're making a ‘DEAD BY DAYLIGHT’ movie. “Someone on the creative team DM'd me and was like, 'Look at what we're doing, we're playing the game in the office for research.' I'm like, 'Guys, just call me. I can tell you everything you need to know about this game. You don't have to play it to find out.'” (Source: youtube.com/watch?v=7Ih3EQL7…)

Red Rising was the first book series I read when I was getting back into reading so I am really excited for this. Kinda wish it was a TV show but hopefully it being a movie means they get the budget to pull off the crazier set pieces that happen later on in the series

A ‘RED RISING’ movie is in the works at Paramount • Francis Lawrence (‘The Hunger Games: Catching Fire’) set to direct • The story follows a young miner living on Mars who attempts to bring down the color-coded class system (Source: hollywoodreporter.com/movies…)

HBO might actually give Hulk half decent writing which he’s notably lacked for over a decade now.

God the blocking in this whole intro is just second to none in the gaming space, Ground Zeroes really was one of the last games that gave me that overwhelming sense I was experiencing “the future” of the medium despite it also being on the PS3

I can kinda see where they were going with the shoulder pads, but the suit is just way too big already to actually pull it off. As much as I hate to say it, I feel like the Injustice design pulled this off well
Laddu@Laddu1712Oct 11
This suit genuinely needs to be seen by how it looks in the show cuz it isn't that bad imo
