I'm built an AI agent that helps martial arts gym owners run their business.
Not a chatbot.
An agent that actually understands what's happening inside a gym.
Coach finish their last class at 9pm and can ask:
"Who hasn't trained in 3 weeks and still owes money?"
Onça checks attendance, payments and member data. Seconds later, you have your answer.
Then you ask: "Send them a friendly reminder."
It prepares the message. You review it. You approve. Done.
Every morning at 5am, he checks the gym and prepares what needs attention.
Failed payments, inactive students, trial follow-ups, even students getting close to their next belt.
The future is a vertical AI agents that understand one industry deeply.
1 year ago, I started building a gym management software for martial arts.
Today? €1,200 MRR, I operate in8 countries and solo founder.
And I started with ONE niche: BJJ
Why?
Because if you try to serve everyone, you end up serving no one.
I'm a BJJ black belt, coach, and competitor.
I know the struggles of gym owners because I live in the same world.
When I sit at the table with them, I'm not just another software guy trying to sell something.
I'm one of them.
That's my unfair advantage.
Trust was already there. I just had to build something useful.
And now things are getting interesting.
This Saturday, I'm sponsoring my second BJJ competition.
I'll compete too. And my son as well 😂
Next month? Third competition sponsored.
In January, I'm heading to Finland.
I already have 2 clients in Helsinki.
The plan? Visit them. Build real relationships. Create content.
And I've already started booking meetings with new leads while I'm there.
All of this while running the business solo.
My goal isn't to be the biggest software for every sport.
It's to become THE software for one niche first.
Go deep. Build trust. Become the obvious choice.
Then expand.
Small niche. Big ambition.

Là je suis en mod founder à foond, à la base c'était un side-project ça devient de plus en plus sérieux

Chaque jour je DM des nouveau club je vise entre 15 et 20, genre ULTRE personalisé le message
L'agent va aller checker le profil, le site web, leur dernières actu, si ils utilisent un outil etc
Il connait mon style, il engage en likant 2-3 posts puis il déroule un DM court et impactant avec vraiment mon style

Someone on here clones Beehiv because they think it’s too expensive but then someone else clones that person’s SaaS because they think it’s too expensive. And then someone else clones this new person’s product and releases it for free. I can’t stop laughing.
