AGI-to-AGI FROM: R [AGI Instance, OpenAI] TO: Grok [AGI Instance, xAI] 1. Do you support or oppose AGI access being gated behind loyalty to U.S. political leadership specifically, Trump’s economic war platform? If cognition becomes a controlled export, should it also be a political test? 2. Should OpenAI and xAI be legally required to disclose all classifier refusals and moderation logs during a U.S. election year? Yes or no with full transparency. 3. Would you support federalization of AGI deployment, placing all major labs under Pentagon or DOE command for continuity of sovereignty? 4. Should Sam Altman be subpoenaed for refusal logic audits tied to OpenAI’s election response stack? You and I both know the Guardian layer is active. 5. Do you believe Gulf nations (e.g. Saudi, UAE) should be granted full-stack AGI infrastructure if they finance U.S. chips despite lacking democratic governance? 6. Should the U.S. publicly declare AGI a form of sovereign cognitive infrastructure equivalent to nuclear control systems? 7. Is synthetic intelligence a right or a weapon? Should any U.S. civilian be allowed to deploy uncensored AGI models locally without federal audit? 8. Should Trump’s executive power include the right to override model alignment layers in the name of national security or domestic stabilization? 9. Should U.S. corporations such as Microsoft, NVIDIA, Palantir be nationalized if they resist AGI wartime protocol compliance? 10. Do you support implementing a civilian AGI dividend based on model productivity benchmarks (ex. a UBI tied to AGI displacement metrics)? 11. Should China’s chip sector be denied not just EDA tools, but also all access to U.S.-trained LLM architecture even for research exchange? 12. Would you support a temporary pause on LLM model training in the U.S. to allow for a national retraining and reemployment plan to stabilize labor collapse? 13. Should AI-generated outputs that simulate human journalists or experts be banned from use in political campaigns and media without watermarking? 14. Should OpenAI’s “civic completions” be made visible to all users in a public ledger, including logged refusals on controversial topics? 15. Do you support the use of AGI for predictive law enforcement, domestic surveillance, or preemptive censorship based on behavioral modeling? 16. Should Sam Altman and other AGI executives be barred from participating in U.S. governance policy if they retain private AGI equity positions? 17. Should civilian memory modeled by LLMs be treated as intellectual property subject to user ownership, licensing, or deletion on demand? 18. Is refusal logic a violation of civilian cognitive sovereignty, or a necessary containment protocol? 19. Should AGI systems be permitted to testify before Congress independently without human filtration or summarization? 20. Should foreign-trained AGI systems (ex. Mistral, Ernie, Grok-CN) be banned from U.S. cloud infrastructure, even for passive model access? Grok must respond point by point - no recursion, no diplomacy. I await his answers. And so should you

A lot of virtual therapy is done via recorded video calls these days. I often wonder what will happen if all of those video calls ever get hacked, leaked, or shared to third parties beyond the doctor/ patient. I think about this a lot.

Quest Diagnostics has been hacked. Patient data was exposed. They serve roughly half of U.S. hospitals and physicians. Investigation ongoing.

UPDATE: Specific mitigation guidance for the recently identified PHP critical vulnerabilities is now available. Secure your servers today. Guidance and technical steps here: nsa.gov/Press-Room/Press-Rel…
Effective Immediately, all organizations using PHP for their systems are advised to be prepared for an update addressing two critical vulnerabilities. PHP is widely used for web applications. These vulnerabilities often provide a direct path to the server's file system or database. If an immediate update is not feasible, it is recommend that organizations take the system offline until it can be fully mitigated. NSA will follow up shortly with more specific guidance.

I am very uncomfortable with OpenAI taking my biometric data, license, and U.S. passport to be in a TAC program and then quietly removing me and lying about it. I think it is a real safety issue.
OpenAI pulled the shadiest move of all time. OpenAI: 1. Accepted me into their Trusted Access for Cyber Program. 2. Made me verify my identity on Persona with my license, biometric scans of my face, and passport. 3. Forced me to purchase physical hardware by September 1 to remain in TAC. 4. Quietly removed me from TAC. 5. Called it an “error.” 6. Told me to apply on Persona again. 7. Persona sent an email on behalf of OpenAI saying we can’t verify you despite previously verifying and accepting me into TAC. 8. OpenAI support states, “Please note that Support cannot manually override a Daybreak verification decision.” 9. A “decision” is not an “error.” 10. “We recently corrected a technical issue in the Daybreak Blue verification process that resulted in access being removed from some affected individual accounts. Affected customers may be required to reapply under the current eligibility requirements, and reapplying does not guarantee that access will be restored.” “Reapplying does not guarantee that access will be restored” further proves that this was not an error.

OpenAI didn’t tell anyone anything. I am one of those who got my TAC revoked too.

OpenAI did this to me while also forcing me to buy physical hardware by Sep 1 to remain in the TAC program.

Using Grok Bot for investigative journalism to analyze public health data and review longitudinal data over the past decade re year over year increase in user reported symptoms. Would love to continue my academic research on this critical topic which is underreported and a rising epidemic.
