Yet another dangerously overcrowded Plymouth to Edinburgh train @CrossCountryUK Double booked seats, no access to toilets or to reserved seating even for passengers with mobility issues. Completely unacceptable.
I just think, if you have a terminally ill loved one in the winter, it would be an amazing super power to just not be able to hear the Christmas songs playing in shops. Like, ‘selective preemptive mourning deafness for me please, no I don’t want it wrapping.’

I commute using @CrossCountryUK every week. Trains are frequently dangerously overcrowded with seat reservations not honoured causing massive distress and anxiety to travellers for whom being able to safely access their seat is essential. A truly mad state of affairs.
