KIND sells Dark Chocolate Nuts & Sea Salt as a healthy snack and leads with "heart healthy almonds" as the first ingredient. The brand's own Nutrition Facts for one 40 gram bar show 16 grams of carbs, 5 grams of total sugars, 4 grams of added sugars and 6 grams of protein.
Honey, cane sugar and glucose syrup are all on the ingredient list. That is three kinds of added sugar in a bar marketed as healthy.
A candy bar with nuts is still a candy bar. Eat real meat and eggs.

BREAKING: DOJ assistant AG for civil rights Harmeet Dhillon has resigned following Democrats' midterm sweep, according to Fox News.
The announcement comes as Secretary of State Marco Rubio is also considering resigning, according to The Independent.
"Former officials said the [DOJ] is bracing for multiple other top political appointees to exit in the lame duck period before the New Year," Bloomberg reports.

Megyn Kelly mocks and attacks Haley Stevens for endorsing Mike Rogers. She calls her a “phony” and says Abdul El-Sayed is not antisemitic.
Then Megyn claims Stevens is controlled by AIPAC, says she shouldn’t be criticizing Tucker Carlson, and insists El-Sayed is going to win because he’s running against a neo-con in Rogers that nobody likes.
I’ll take a patriot like Haley Stevens over an Islamist sympathizer like Megyn Kelly any day of the week.
