In this incoherent babble, Trump claims he pardoned all truckers given prison sentences of 10 years for fixing an engine. No one got that sentence. Only one person was pardoned for the crime Trump is talking about--he removed emissions controls on 37 trucks, which is illegal. He got probation but no prison time. No other case got Trump's pardon.
