We need better public schooling, better mental health systems and better veteran support structures.

Just watching the Netball. Did the Aussie players get to test these dresses before signing off on them?? They are awful!!! Essentially wearing long singlets. Spending more time pulling back down than they are with ball in hand. #CommonwealthGames #Netball #Diamonds #Glasgow

rape is literally the only crime where society spends more time digging into the victim’s past than the rapist’s behavior

*uterus sheds its lining and REGENERATES itself every month* “a human organ that can self-regenerate - hmm… that’s not interesting at all, let’s never study this.” - the medical community -

I will never understand why we keep letting men in their last quarter decade of life set the world on fire on their way out.

Male surgeons are literally removing women’s organs while the medical system ignores endometriosis. There’s five times more research on erectile dysfunction than on endometriosis. Women are treated as incubators, told to “just get pregnant” as a so-called cure, they even researched about effect of endometriosis on men’s sexual satisfaction instead of women’s suffering. Female mice are excluded from research because their hormones are “too unpredictable,” leaving many female-specific diseases understudied. Painful periods are normalized from childhood, and it often takes 7–10 years to get a proper diagnosis. Women are forced to choose between living with constant pain labelled as part of being a woman. Endometriosis isn’t a “period problem”….it affects lungs, brain, diaphragm, and almost every major organ, yet the medical system still dismisses it as a minor female issue.
Hit me with the harshest reality truth.

Misandry will not; 1. Lure a man and rape him 2.Pour acid on a man’s face 3. Marry a child just to rape him 4. Kidnap, rape, burn and dump a man’s body 5. Beat up a man just for likes 6. Create a group chat with other women on how to rape and abuse men 7. Invite other women to rape her husband 8. Kill men for saying no 9. Drug men and vilify their body 10. Kidnap and traffic young boys for older women to rape 11. Have a warehouse where boys are used to impregnate women 12. Curate a powerful ring where young boys are vilified by older women 13. Invite men for modelling gigs then rape them 14. Pretend to be friends with a man just to sleep with him 15. Control the male body in healthcare 16. Ban men from going to school 17. Ban men from travelling without female protection 18. Stop men from looking out the window 19. Control men from independent decisions about their bodies 20. Ban men from speaking to each other! 21. Rape men’s dead bodies!!

Let me be very clear. If bringing down the largest child sex trafficking ring in history will “collapse the world as we know it” then the world as we know it needs to collapse.

Let's get one thing perfectly clear: Diversity programs do not exist to preference under-qualified people over white men. They exist to put well-qualified people on an even footing with mediocre white men who got to the front of the queue just by looking the right way.

kind of the defining image of our current era for me. a character betrayed, grieving, and angry, watching helplessly as fundamentalism consumes her people and they zealously rally to destroy the world

one of the biggest scams of all time was convincing an entire generation of women that “staying home” means “not working”

The monster myth: Tom Meagher on the myths about the men who assault and rape women, myths that allow us to ignore that most rapists are normal guys, guys we might work beside or socialise with, our neighbours or even members of our family. abc.net.au/news/2014-04-18/m…

It is with heavy hearts that we learned of David Lynch’s passing (Dune, 1984). A talented, artistic director and visionary, Mr. Lynch will be missed by his many fans. May Shai-Hulud guide his way.

Loving your country does not mean lying about its history. Pro-Aboriginal is not anti-white, nor does loving your culture mean you are less Australian. These things are not mutually exclusive A history denied is compelled to repeat itself; and each year on January 26th, we celebrate the trauma inflicted on Aboriginal people. From a position of science, it is the denial of trauma that compounds and magnifies the original trauma; because you are forced to expend more energy 'convincing' people you have experienced trauma rather than on healing from the trauma itself. The denial extends to invisibility. Aboriginal people are not celebrated for our contribution to this country on January 26; and there is not greater injustice than to feel invisible. To feel as though you matter less. I am a proud Australian and I would like the basic right to celebrate that. But until we have a maturity of leadership that has the bravery and honesty to acknowledge our past; our future will continue to be limited by ignorance, #changethedate
