I have two Jio Fiber connections. Both are linked to the Jio app.One of my connections expired. The other was active . While paying on the app I selected the expired connection but it went by default to the other connection . I paid ₹10000 for a 15 month plan.

I immediately called Jio care and asked them to switch it to my other number . They have refused me. Can you believe a company of the scale of Jio does not make a simple change in their system . Many users may have multiple connections and make the same mistake . We are a doomed

To drain the sewage but they fail to do so. The sewage returns to our building . We have 32 Apartments with many infants as well as senior citizens . Kindly take immediate action .

@JioCare i raised a support ticket on 4th June for my Jio Fiber connection . Got a message about engineer visit on 6th June . Nobody came or called . I called customer support and they promised to Fasttrack . Get another message that engineer will visit on 8th June.

He also says the gas has to be filled . Fan motor cost ₹2735 and Gas charging ₹5800. First two times they have come and done replacement of two connectors and charged us ₹3160 for no reason . Very often we have sewage water not being drained out as the main ducts on Sterling Road are blocked we have raised complaints yet this keeps on happening.
