How does this even happen⁉️😭 A woman somehow drove her car onto Seattle’s elevated light rail tracks at Mount Baker Station on Wednesday evening, bringing train service to a halt. 😳🚆 Witnesses say the driver told people she was “following GPS” after ending up on the tracks and driving a significant distance before getting stuck. The vehicle had to be removed from the guideway, causing major delays for riders across the 1 Line. #DUBSEA

They handed me a kind note and a cannoli with a smile. Honestly, it felt like a temporary truce in the ongoing war between delivery drivers and restaurants, and it’s a real battle sometimes too. Restaurants overwhelmed and running behind. Drivers storming in, shoving phones in employees’ faces. Everybody stressed and frustrated. Not good. But the truth is, we should probably be allies in the larger global conflict against the apps and algorithms pushing everyone harder and harder. That’s a battle for tomorrow though. Today I just want to say thank you to Mangia Italian Restaurant for the kindness, the cannoli, and the reminder that there are still humans behind the counter and behind the wheel. ❤️❤️❤️ – at Cazenovia, NY

If this was Hurricane Season, the Northeast Blizzard would be comparable to a Category 2 Hurricane in terms of pressure (967 mb by Monday). Note the eye starting to develop on future radar from this 1,200 mile-wide Nor'easter too. Snow totals over 20"+ in spots expected with hurricane force gusts between 75 - 85 mph from Long Island to Nantucket and Cape Cod. Certainly could be a storm for the record books in hardest hit areas. Stay indoors and take it seriously.
