@WeAreOpenreach @bt_uk check out my new full fibre ultrafast broadband. BT say they have UNBREAKABLE broadband with @EE but this is well and truly broken thanks to the Openreach engineer who ripped out our existing cable and left us with no connection at all

The Openreach crews in our village have also been dumping their rubbish in people’s gardens and their bins, resulting in at least one neighbour having their recycling bin refused for collection. @TheSun @southkesteven @Offcom

@bt_uk hi. One of your engineers came out today to install the fibre cable to our house and pulled it out existing cable and broke it then couldn’t finish the installation. Leaving us without any connection at all! How can we get an emergency connection or EE 4G hub?

He was totally unprepared and most of the equipment he had was not working. I even had to lend him a tin of spray paint as the 3 he had were empty!
