Hmmm
Did a brief informal survey of several Republicans I know in Ohio re. the infamous Ramaswami Acton's mom ad. They all said they were disappointed in the ad but would still vote for him. One was skeptical he could win and said she thought some R's would stay home. So my hunch is it moves the needle against him slightly. If one out of 20 R's change their vote in a close race that's enough to make a difference. Risky, do your own DD! Anyone know some more Republicans in Ohio?

Will the Tesla Roadster fly for 1s+? Top Polymarket YES holder booked $173.000 profit from event buying shares at 10c price. However, on @Polymarket you can't even see this price. It shows 13c as a minimum price. In reality, the price dropped as low as 6c per share, and the biggest volume was traded right after this drop. Look at two graphs: what @Polymarket show and what the graph looks like in reality. If you need to analyse data don't rely on Polymarket itself. I use @KairosTradeX for more detailed and accurate data. Access the terminal in 1 click⬇️
Tesla’s “Flying” Roadster Explained 1. Is it really flying? No. It’s controlled short hops, flips, and thruster-assisted landings - not sustained flight. The ~10 cold-gas thrusters (compressed-air technology already used on SpaceX Falcon rockets for attitude control) create the jumping and mid-air rotation effect. Combined with a 0-60 mph in 0.81 seconds, it looks dramatic, but it’s a stunt car, not a practical flyer. 2. Upside-down driving? Yes — in the demo. A multi-mode suction fan system (up to ~2G) lets the car stick to a specially built curved ramp and drive inverted. It was shown on a purpose-built surface at the SpaceX facility, not on normal roads. Useful mainly for extreme track grip and spectacle. Most drivers will never need or use it. 3. When available? Production is targeted for 2028. Musk called it “flying cars are real,” while noting it’s “not necessarily a safety-optimized car” and may not be legal in every jurisdiction. I bet Europe will need 100 years to regulate, while the rest of the world will be enjoying the full Rocket trim (invite-only and still not approved for public roads). TSLA jumped ~5% in premarket on the spectacle. entropy.io/trade/xyz:TSLA?r=… Say what you will about timelines and bureaucracy — Tesla is still the only major automaker doing this kind of cross-domain hardware. Looks really impressive.

“How did you keep the development of this secret for so long?” “I didnt. I simply told everyone and nobody believes us” Lmao
Replying to @MKBHD
I’m not. Will use SpaceX cold gas thruster system with ultra high pressure air in a composite over-wrapped pressure vessel in place of the 2 rear seats.

A debunked rumor about James Talarico visiting a mental hospital in Ohio dominated social media last week. Traders on Kalshi, however, did not buy the rumor. Talarico’s odds remained stable even as the rumor gained millions of views

i genuinely believe the next generation of great traders will come from markets that barely exist today we’re getting to a point where you can trade probabilities, private company valuations, creator economies, new forms of risk and pretty much anything someone can build a market around most people are still trying to get better at trading the same assets everyone else is watching there’s probably some 20 year old right now figuring out how to price something nobody on wall street has even considered trading yet would spend a lot more time exploring these markets while they’re still small

This hits close to home. In another year, I could easily have been there with family and friends, celebrating Navratri, a festival honoring our culture, traditions, and the triumph of good over evil, of light over darkness. It's heartbreaking to think that a celebration of faith, family, and togetherness could have been the target of such violence. Grateful to law enforcement for potentially preventing an unimaginable tragedy. I hope for a world where people can celebrate the many beautiful cultures, faiths, and traditions that bring us together without fear.
#BREAKING: Potential Mass Shooting Plot Thwarted in Aurora, Illinois. Authorities say a 19-year-old allegedly plotted a mass shooting targeting a Hindu place of worship. Police reportedly recovered a rifle, hundreds of rounds of ammunition, body armor and a manifesto expressing white supremacist extremism and hostility toward people of Indian descent. This comes during Navaratri when thousands of Hindus gather for Garba and also just two weeks after a Hindu temple in Ohio was attacked. We commend law enforcement for swift action. We also urge the community to stay vigilant and Report any potential threat. Every community deserves to worship without fear. chicago.suntimes.com/crime/2…

Prediction markets are the great opportunity for generational wealth from a systematic trading pov we’ve seen. Every future trader should be participating, kairos provides the infrastructure to make this possible
Yeah man... Exactly as I said A bunch of 21-27 year old ex-traders/sportsbook +EV bettors are crushing market making on prediction markets rn With PMs being 18+ & in every state, there's a lot of uninformed flow/bettors to trade against

There’s a group of traders working out of my office right now who are 19–22 years old, and some of them are already among the largest traders on the biggest exchanges. Crypto and prediction markets have completely flipped the script on what a traditional market maker or “sharp” looks like.

Prediction markets are maturing quickly, and it has never been more accessible for traders to enter the space and compete. We see this firsthand at Kairos. We know and work with many of the quantitative traders, professional market makers, and funds that have entered prediction markets over the last several years. A growing number have turned to Kairos for market data, technology, or execution. That includes large institutional funds as well as elite quantitative boutiques, some of which are now among the most active market makers across prediction markets. Many of these teams come from traditional quantitative trading backgrounds. They understand that new markets can create significant opportunities for participants who can price risk more accurately, build stronger models, and operate with better infrastructure. Historically, entering a new market also meant building much of that infrastructure yourself. Exchange connectivity, normalized market data, execution systems, order management, and cross-venue routing all required meaningful engineering investment. This is who Kairos is serving. We give professional traders the infrastructure to access, analyze, and execute across prediction markets so they can spend more of their time on the part that actually creates value: finding and expressing an edge. As prediction markets continue to mature, we believe the participants that matter most will increasingly look less like casual bettors and more like the quantitative traders, market makers, and institutional firms we work with every day. wsj.com/finance/kalshi-predi…
