Cibolo Steele traveled to Austin to face Bowie High School in a much anticipated preseason matchup.
Bowie was no match for Steele’s full court pressure as Cibolo controlled the tempo from the jump defeating the Bulldogs 60-37
@JustinMckin_27 lead the way with 17 points and a handful of emphatic slams
Followed by @JaceT_2028 with 15 of his own, all in the first half
With @themarcuslumar rounding it out, leading the offense with an efficient 10 points

A crafty playmaking guard who consistently forces the action. He gets downhill, breaks down defenders off the dribble, and creates scoring opportunities for himself and his teammates. He is a knockdown three-point shooter when left open. He is a tenacious perimeter defender who applies constant pressure on the ball.

#FASTteamcamp Day 1
The @SteeleHoops rolled into the F.A.S.T. Team Camp at St. Mary’s University with people expecting a “down year” after graduating so many seniors — but these young hoopers made it clear that the standard isn’t dropping at all.
Three players jumped off the floor immediately:
Marcus Lamar — C/O 2027
Justin McKinney — C/O 2027
Dexter Berry — C/O 2028
From slam dunks, to sharing the basketball, these three dominated both ends, this young group played with chemistry well. Steele isn’t rebuilding — they’re reloading.
Next up: South San at 3:25.
