Writing a book about the value inside a business forces you to admit how much of it is hard to see from where the owner sits. That’s the idea behind Hidden Multiples, and launching it in a room full of the people who shaped it felt right. The ideas behind this book were shaped by years of conversations with business owners and leadership teams, including many of the people who joined us at the Bellevue Club that night.
