Hey @Metquarter how come all your food hall tables have a IbeLoyalty "order at table" sticker which takes you to an app which, quoting the lady behind the bar, "doesn't work" and advertises sellers that don't exist? Awful experience

Hi @HiveHelper I have a two channel receiver but will soon be upgrading to combi and need a 1ch. Do I have to rebuy the whole thing? Installer had both but took the unused one away with him when it was first fitted.

What I absolutely love is waiting 25 minutes on hold to @RoyalMailHelp only for someone to pick the phone up and immediately put it down. I only wanted to find out why the Special Delivery I posted a week ago is in limbo. Guess I'm back to the end of the queue again!
It seems the only thing I use Twitter for now is to complain to @UPS_UK that their driver has YET AGAIN decided I wasn't home without actually coming to the house. Happens every single time I'm expecting UPS "Rescheduled as receiver wasn't available" nonsense. In all day!
Hello @firstdirecthelp - I tried to pay some cash into my account today, only to find since you swapped my Visa card for a MasterCard I can't do that! And the (large) branch I went into is "digital only" so no counters. Can I swap back to Visa please so I can use the machines?

I'm waiting for a parcel which was scheduled for 2 days ago. Didn't arrive then, or yesterday, but this morning the tracking says "delivery attempted" at 9.06am when I was literally sat next to the front door. Can your depot call me again, like last time?

Hello @UPS_UK I had a scheduled delivery today. An hour after the window, the driver reported "the collection wasn't ready". A) it wasn't a collection and B) nobody even came to the house. I called your service centre, they promised a callback. Didn't happen.
So I check tracking and now it says I've rescheduled the pickup. It isn't a collection! It's a delivery that you must have hold of, as you've charged me import duty and extortionate "brokerage fees" for. How can you get this so wrong?
