I'm back with a huge analysis of why the games industry is collapsing, unifying the arguments I have heard over the last few years from devs, pubs, investors, and analysts.
It's time to stop circling the same talking points. Let's chart a course to the future ⛵️

GDC is less than two weeks away, so I figure that now is as good a time as any to let people know that I will be in San Francisco that week. Let me know if you want to grab some coffee, lunch, or drinks and catch up!

You’re a fucking liar with blood on your hands.
A would-be assassin tried to murder federal law enforcement and the official Democrat account sides with the terrorists.
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
Videos of the encounter shows that the gun was never drawn. The weapon remains in the victim's holster until one agent removes it. After the victim is disarmed, a second agent shoots him repeatedly.

The Government just LIED TO YOU. They disarmed and then executed him. You see him filming backing up, defending a woman being pepper sprayed. ICE escalates. They could have driven off. They Spray him & attack him.
At 55 seconds you can hear poorly trained ICE agents screaming "He's got a gun!". WHILE another ICE agent disarms him and was headed to his vehicle BEFORE the first shot was fired. Then another scared ICE agent freaks out and just starts shooting the restrained man in the back. Finally another ICE agent fires a bunch of rounds at his lifeless body. The Government just lied to you. These are POORLY TRAINED THUGS on a POWER TRIP because they have "UNLIMITED IMMUNITY". THEY DID THIS BECAUSE HE WAS FILMING and PROTESTING. Owning/Carrying a gun in the United States is our RIGHT is not an excuse to MURDER someone. FUCK TRUMP. AND FUCK ICE. AND FUCK everyone who defended shooting this guy because "he owned a Gun".

The Kennedy Center was named after my uncle, President John F Kennedy. It was named in his honor. He was a man who was interested in the arts, interested in culture, interested in education, language, history. He brought the arts into the White House, and he and my Aunt Jackie amplified the arts, celebrated the arts, stood up for the arts and artists.
It is beyond comprehension that this sitting president has sought to rename this great memorial dedicated to President Kennedy. It is beyond wild that he would think adding his name in front of President Kennedy’s name is acceptable. It is not.
Next thing perhaps he will want to rename JFK Airport, rename the Lincoln Memorial, the Trump Lincoln Memorial. The Trump Jefferson Memorial. The Trump Smithsonian. The list goes on.
Can we not see what is happening here? C’mon, my fellow Americans! Wake up! This is not dignified. This is not funny. This is way beneath the stature of the job. It’s downright weird. It’s obsessive in a weird way. Just when you think somone can’t stoop any lower, down they go…

Trump's comment about Rob Reiner today really underscores that he's a narcissist. Someone this narcissistic can't fight for you; if you believe otherwise, you're a mark. You are just a pawn in his need for aggrandizement.
Ten years after he descended on his golden escalator, he hasn't brought manufacturing back. In fact, manufacturing jobs contracted this year. His biggest accomplishment this term — the Big Beautiful Bill — was just more tax cuts for the rich and slashing government spending for the working class. His political appointments have thus far been nothing more than concessions to wealthy donors who supported his campaign. Many of these people are building the AGI robots that will replace you in ten years.
If you dare to question him, he'll toss you aside like Marjorie Taylor Greene, no matter how much you stood by him in the past. He cares about nothing but himself. The most you'll get is a wildly racist remark on Truth Social, which makes you feel like he's fighting for you, but you are, again, meaningless to him. He feels nothing and believes in nothing except his own aggrandizement. His Saddam Hussein ballroom means more to him than policies that are supposed to help you.

Fuck you dude. Really? What fucking President does this? How about fixing shit you promised your dumbass sycophants who believed your lies. Its not bad enough you are fucking the country up piecemealing it out to billionaires while you and yours profit. Now you got time to make Rob Reiner's tragic death about you? *sigh* Put Diaper Don Grandpa to bed. Anyone who cant see how much of a piece of shit this waste of space is by now is fucking hopeless. Again, Fuck Trump.

Reminder: Grummz got fired from Red 5 for being lazy, erratic, impulsive, and wasting money. Then begged for $600k in 2016 to make a game that still doesn’t exist. Forgive me if I don’t value his opinion on video games.

Took a little time off last week to visit Paris after being at Develop, and it felt refreshing to visit a city and experience a culture that is different than LA in so many good ways.
