Thanks for the response! It the privacy statement it says that Validation Station won't use it, but it doesn't explicitly state that VS won't allow others to use it, which is my reason for wanting clarity. :)

@ValidStation, just for clarity... your privacy statement says that you won't use the collected data for marketing. Does that also mean that you also won't share/lend/rent/sell the data to other entities/persons/businesses?

That's completely silly and disrespectful of a diverse population that he should be aiming to represent. His beliefs (or fears) are not at all pertinent to this in any way. "Making light" of serious topics is often exactly what some people need to make sense of something.
