In the rest of the world EV market share reached 30% and is growing fast. EVs use zero gasoline, zero diesel. The cost of wind solar and grid batteries declines by 90% over 12 years. EV semi trucks have 50% market share in China and growing, the EU has aggressive goals and programs to increase EV semi trucks market share to 90%. EV semi trucks use zero diesel and cost 70% of the cost of fuel for diesel semi trucks.
With wind solar and grid batteries capturing 90% of the world’s new electric power generation and the rapid growth of heat pumps and EVs the oil and gas world wide consumption with decline by at least 40% in less than 20 years.
The oil and gas industry is desperate to slow that decline. Which is why they funded Trump MAGA.
