This is extremely shortsighted on Leigh’s part. It’s not 1995 anymore in rural Nebraska. Populations are decreasing, farms are controlled by a few and not many.
HS football is different now than it was 30 years ago. Building rosters and engaging kids AND parents is crucial to the overall success of a program.
Give us Howells-Dodge-Clarkson and let them run with it in C2 in the fall of 2026. #nebpreps

Speechless but not surprised.
Half the guys who stood by my side on my wedding day were from Leigh because of this co-op.
The pioneers of this co-op and a brotherhood that wouldn’t have been formed without it. Absolutely disgusting

Stop me if you’ve heard this before. School Board inserts itself into decision making process instead of trusting the professionals the district employs….and then makes a decision that will negatively affect kids. A tale as old as time.
