Black immigrants are not a tiny portion of the Black population. It’s not .1%. It’s 11% and growing fast.
And Bill Gates wouldn’t mask white poverty because in many government surveys, data collectors often use a technique called top-coding. So if someone makes $50 million, the public dataset might record their income simply as "$1,000,000+" or a set ceiling.
And again, disaggregating is not just an ADOS thing. Asians did it successfully, as did Middle East North Africans (MENA).

Javits Frimpong was a Ghanaian kid and considering the African immigrant influx into NYC over the past few years I want to know the names of the teenagers who killed this young man. Because I suspect and many within the #ADOS community suspect that this may be a case of imported tribalism which west Africa is notorious for. So we will be keeping our eyes open for when these young men are apprehended.
