Exercise is medicine. But as with all medicines, there's a MINIMUM dose required for benefits and an OPTIMUM range. There's also likely to be a TOXIC dose. For #exercise, the therapeutic ratio is high, but not infinite.

Left Ventricular Hypertrophy (LVH) on ECG — Summary:
■ Voltage Criteria
● Sokolow–Lyon: S in V1 + R in V5 or V6 ≥ 35 mm
● Cornell: R in aVL + S in V3
○ > 28 mm (men)
○ > 20 mm (women)
● R in aVL ≥ 11 mm supports LVH.
■ Associated ECG Features
● Left axis deviation
● Left atrial enlargement
● Delayed intrinsicoid deflection in V5–V6 (>50 ms)
● LV strain pattern: ST depression and T-wave inversion in I, aVL, V5–V6.
■ Common Causes
● Hypertension (most common)
● Aortic stenosis
● Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy
● Athlete’s heart

Statement from the Nobel Foundation
One of the core missions of the Nobel Foundation is to safeguard the dignity of the Nobel Prizes and their administration. The Foundation upholds Alfred Nobel’s will and its stipulations. It states that the prizes shall be awarded to those who "have conferred the greatest benefit to humankind," and it specifies who has the right to award each respective prize. A prize can therefore not, even symbolically, be passed on or further distributed.

The Kennedy Center was named after my uncle, President John F Kennedy. It was named in his honor. He was a man who was interested in the arts, interested in culture, interested in education, language, history. He brought the arts into the White House, and he and my Aunt Jackie amplified the arts, celebrated the arts, stood up for the arts and artists.
It is beyond comprehension that this sitting president has sought to rename this great memorial dedicated to President Kennedy. It is beyond wild that he would think adding his name in front of President Kennedy’s name is acceptable. It is not.
Next thing perhaps he will want to rename JFK Airport, rename the Lincoln Memorial, the Trump Lincoln Memorial. The Trump Jefferson Memorial. The Trump Smithsonian. The list goes on.
Can we not see what is happening here? C’mon, my fellow Americans! Wake up! This is not dignified. This is not funny. This is way beneath the stature of the job. It’s downright weird. It’s obsessive in a weird way. Just when you think somone can’t stoop any lower, down they go…
