This is the heartbreak that is so often ignored.
When boys play girls’ sports, the boys get institutional support and sympathetic media profiles, while adults in charge congratulate themselves on their virtuous ability to ignore reality.
But girls are left abandoned on the sidelines, grappling with a devastating but unmistakable message: “You don’t matter.” States like Washington will toss girls’ fairness, safety, and opportunity aside the moment it interferes with the interests of a boy who claims to be a girl.
This isn’t just wrong. It’s a deliberate decision to treat girls worse than boys and demand sacrifices from them that boys don’t have to make. This is unlawful sex discrimination under Title IX.
That’s the argument we made in a recent application to the Supreme Court. On behalf of our client Kallie Keeler, we asked the Court to stop this unlawful discrimination and make Washington state give her a fair and safe playing field so she can play the sport she loves.
This scene just shows several more human reasons why the Court’s action is needed.

While Talarico will likely have to drop out of the Senate race in Texas if that audio from today is true and he was in fact placed inside a mental hospital and lied about it, he will have a major lawsuit.
While it isn’t a crime to lie and say you were somewhere else, it is a crime to leak people’s personal health information.
Federal law (42 U.S.C. § 1320d-6) makes it a crime to knowingly obtain protected health information from a covered entity without authorization. Doing so under false pretenses—such as falsely claiming to be a relative—can result in up to 5 years imprisonment and a $100,000 fine. State fraud laws may also apply. The hospital itself faces separate HIPAA liability for any improper disclosure.
Talarico is a lunatic who belongs nowhere near the US Senate.
At the same time, he will say the hospital violated his privacy and broke the law and if he sues he will likely win.

...and the man charged was already locked up for a ST*BBING, got hit with FOUR MORE FELONIES in jail, and prosecutors DROPPED ALL FOUR!!!
Yes, you read that right.
He was charged with assaulting jailers while waiting to go to prison for a st*bbing, and he never served a single extra day for it.
The father's name was John Donat, he was 58 years old.
He was a former chef, originally from Ohio, who came to Texas about 10 years ago.
He had battled drugs himself, police say he got sober and turned his life around, and John dedicated his life to helping people.
He picked up food from the local food bank on Westheimer, cooked whatever he could, and handed it out outside the motel where he lived.
Especially to people fighting the same demons he once fought.
He was getting ready to move to South Carolina to be closer to family, but he never made it.
On Wednesday, September 30th, at about 2:18 in the morning, John was in his Tahoe on Highway 6, handing food to a woman.
Police say a man walked up to the passenger side and DEMANDED MONEY.
John tried to drive away and he was SH0T in the neck.
His Tahoe crashed through 2 fences and into a field, he passed away right there and then.
Police caught the suspect nearby.
His name is Otis Parks, he's a Black man that's 30 years old.
In 2018, police say Parks ST*BBED a friend REPEATEDLY... after finding out his girlfriend's baby had diaper rash.
He got 7 years in jail... out of a possible 20 years.
While he sat in the Harris County Jail waiting to be shipped to prison, records show he was charged with FOUR MORE FELONIES.
Assaulting jailers. Possessing contraband.
And prosecutors DISMISSED every one of them.
Their reason?
"He was already serving time for the st*bbing."
Zero extra days.

I was reading the in-game posts from @TexAgs and this fan base knows what their team is but is delusional about the reality of their options. They are still paying Jimbo 8 million a year. Elko has a low buyout after Dec of this year, but he has 2 new coordinators with contracts and an entire staff. Then you have to hire a new coach and staff. Worse you have to convince a coach worth having to come there and deal with a delusional fan base with unrealistic expectations and a penchant for firing Head Coaches who don't meet their delusions. No offense to @billyliucci and the gang but you haven't won squat in over half a century and it is not going to change any time soon. Last year's playoff run was a joke. They got dominated by Texas and Miami. They lucked out a 1 point win vs Notre Dame when ND's roster had played one game together. Then they beat a collection of Group of 4 teams and @SEC cellar dwellers and managed to struggle in some of those games. Aggie is gonna Aggie.
I posted the paragraphs below on my FB page because I am past the point of caring who I piss off with the truth. That is one of the problems in this country. Lacking the backbone to say what it what.
I was flipping through MyStuff on Prime and started watching a classic from the 80's. I am not even through the credits of Top Gun when it hits me how far we have fallen in this country.
When I was younger those were heroes. That is what you looked up to and aspired to be. The characters played by John Wayne and Clint Eastwood were heroes. The men at the Alamo, the Chosin Reservoir, D-Day were heroes. Chesty Puller, Patton, Audie Murphy, Frank Hamer, Eliot Ness, the Texas Rangers, Wyatt Earp, Earl Campbell, Tony Dorsett were my heroes.
Today people go on TV and call someone brave for burning the American flag and badmouthing the country. They call them brave for standing up for foreigners who come here and take our money and freedoms as they spit on our society, traditions and way of life. They call a man brave for putting on makeup and a dress. They call a woman who gets a buzz cut and wears men's clothes heroic.
The truth has become offensive and the lie is praised. The perversion is normal and to say otherwise makes you a bigot. To be a Christian makes you an extremist, but being Muslim is praised. The criminal is memorialized and the police officer spat upon. This is not the America I was born to, but it looks like it's the one I will have to suffer until my last day.
