The American people are sick and tired of funding Israel's genocide in Gaza.
Now Trump is doubling down and using OUR taxpayer dollars to give the extremist Netanyahu government $2.8 billion in bombs.
Not acceptable. Congress must reject these agreements.
Miigwech @BrocktonWriters for the opportunity to share my writing this evening! Wish I could have been there in person.

Yup, literally every dip/recovery in CO2 emissions coincided with an economic crisis.
Every dip is a crisis:
COVID
2008 fin crisis / Great Recession
Black Wednesday / 1991 India crisis
Early 1980s recession
1973 oil crisis
Capitalistic growth is the problem.

This is the list of books and films that inspired me while writing The Return of the Nish.
I strongly recommend all of them.
I also shared it with my publisher @cormorantbooks when the time came.
The exercise helps to discover the tone and often the plot (order of events).

This fall, I'll be teaching Experimental Film at Innis College, at University of Toronto. The course has field trips, a tremendous amount of rare work screened on 16mm film, and will be tied to a series of public screenings at the Ad Hoc series, TBA…!
Hopping on a trend but with a twist. Ten films released by Criterion in my collection that I consider to be perfect. Only one of which was purchased during the current sale.

I still CANNOT believe humans were gifted a planet full of trees, fruit, water, animals and sunshine and then they invented debt, capitalism and war.

"Stewart beautifully captures the complicated nature of family. Through their messy reunion, these two men learn the importance of taking responsibility for their own actions in a world where it is much easier to shift blame onto others." @reviewcanada
