Planning our summer food additions to start next week... @ummera products will feature - the smoked chicken will be a core part of our Smoked Chicken Caesar Salad, alongside a smoked salmon and creme fraiche small plate...

Smoked chicken + an americano. Still my favourite @urrubandon lunch. Sounds simple but it's all about the quality: @ummera #smokedchicken and @ArbutusBread FTW. Aways an irresistible selection of good food in this brilliant shop. #worthadetour

Government announces further delay to import checks on animal & food products, scheduled for July. @jacob_rees_mogg says it will save businesses £1bn, which a Brexit cost I’m not sure I’ve heard quantified before. British exporters meanwhile will continue to face full controls

One of my favourite ways to use @ummera duck. Tonight’s dinner was a salad of the stuff with roasted new spud, lamb’s lettuce, beets, red chickory, mustard and a chive vinaigrette. Very, very yummy. 😋
