it gets deeper....The NBA took an ownership stake in FanDuel in November 2014 (again undisclosed), and was part of the same 2018 divestment talks. So the two biggest US leagues each held equity in the two DFS leaders — MLB in DraftKings, NBA in FanDuel — and both moved to unwind.
