Step-1
Respectfully remind him/her, that they failed to pay back when they promised, and you are disappointed.
Step-2
Ask them, when are they paying back? They’d give you an explanation, but tell them to save it you dont even want to hear it.
You are only interested in knowing when can they pay you back? In full.
Step-3
If in a month, send them a reminder a week to the day letting them know you are expecting a refund and not to be disappointed again.
If in a year, send a reminder 3 months to, and one month to, then a week to again.
For every reminder, drop them your account details even if they have it.
Step-4
If they still fail, take something they have that is valuable to them and do not feel bad about it, even if it is not worth the momey you borrowed them, like their car or something. And let them know you will sell it off at whatever amount to start recovering the money.
Step-5 and final step.
Why the fuck are you lending out money you can’t forget? Forgive my language but again, except you have 100M or 800M, why the fuck are you borrowing someone 8M Naira? 😂😭
Sha! You go learn.
Whatever the turnout, it’s khair inshaAllah.

Living abroad will bring out DIY skills you never knew you had. 😂
I’ve bought drill tool kits and regular toolboxes, assembled furniture, built wardrobes, installed shelves and curtain rails, and drilled holes to mount TVs on the wall.
I’ve handled all sorts of home repairs and painted my entire house several times.
Things I wouldn’t even think of doing myself back in Nigeria.
Nobody needs to tell you before you learn. You’ll learn because you have to.

It ended with a dinner to celebrate Sada and Salma 😍
Such a lovely evening with Carmen (Talatu), a Professor of Hausa at SOAS University of London, friends, and the UK born hausas that struggle to speak the language 😀
And that’s it, Sada and Salma gave us a very lovely day, Carmen and Baba (Prof) moderated perfectly as this year’s Hausa International Books and Arts Festival was brought to London.
Thank you @sadaoverall for organizing such a beautiful event.
Thank you @saidsaadwrites for showing us the Uromi16 film. #HIBAF26

Every drug has an expiration date, and so does the lie that Tinubu @officialABAT is hale and hearty. That lie has expired. Here is Remi Tinubu popping what appear to be pills (boosters to keep him alive) into Tinubu’s mouth during the Kaduna rally.
This man is sick, I insist. Nigeria must stop using its Presidency to treat sick people. I have no power to prevent illness in anyone, including myself, but a vibrant country like Nigeria needs leaders whose health conditions are verifiable.
Let Tinubu go home. #TinubuMustGo

If all else fails, we will outlive you. Every dogma mistakes longevity for immortality. Your institutions will crumble. You will become the superstition of a dark age.
We will tell our grandchildren about the cancer that you were & history will do the rest.
Time is on our side.
Kaduna, thank you for the overwhelming welcome today as we flagged off our APC 2027 Presidential Campaign.
Three years ago, you gave me the privilege of serving as your President. Today, you filled this city again, hundreds of thousands of you from across the North, and I felt the warmth of your support. It was good to return with Vice President Kashim Shettima @officialsksm and our wives to a city that carries so much of our nation’s history.
I remembered the founding leaders who gathered here before independence and prayed that Almighty Allah grants them forgiveness and eternal peace. Then I spoke to you plainly, because you have heard enough speeches.
My opponents talk about hunger and poverty. I asked the crowd today who created these problems. They did. We are the ones working to eradicate them. The subsidy racket, fraudulent invoices and fuel smuggling are firmly behind us, and there is no going back. We confronted what we inherited with courage and political will, and we are building an economy that rewards hard work and creates opportunities for our people.
I know the road has been hard. I hear you. Your sacrifices will not be in vain, and I will not rest until the progress we are making is felt in your homes, your businesses and your pockets.
Our progressive governors are building roads, hospitals, schools and markets across their states, supported by increased revenues from the reforms we undertook. Salaries are being paid regularly, and development is taking shape. I am proud of what they are delivering for our people.
On January 16, 2027, come out with your PVCs and give Vice President Kashim Shettima and me the mandate to finish what we started. Your future is in your hands, and your fingerprints at the ballot will help determine it.
Thank you, Governor Uba Sani @ubasanius, for a befitting start to our campaign. Thank you, Kaduna, for standing with us once again.

So suddenly you people agree that there's money in the country and that mismanagement is one of the reasons why Nigerians are suffering?
Wait, what was that statement about the economy please? 🤣😂😭
Is that Yari? What was he saying? Please someone should post the complete clip.
