over the past couple of months, i’ve been leading a redesign of very’s brand identity. i have a background in architecture, so i wanted our new design to be humanistically beautiful, but also functionally simple (kinda like an apple interface.)
very, as a company, connects the real world to the digital one. and the core of this is the human hand. to some extent, our product is a handshake of a user and the digital sphere. we wanted that reflected in our logo and design. out with harsh colors and cliche “star” logos. in with nature.
let me walk you through what we were thinking.

We’re fixing authenticity on the internet, so we needed to give @veryai a refreshed, authentic brand. We rebuilt it and created something more closely to the way we want the internet to feel.

Verifying real people has become increasingly important in an agent-filled internet, and our exponential growth proves that. We hit 1 million total verifications in August; now we’re at 8 million. Yesterday was our all-time high for raw scans in a single day, almost 550,000.
We wanted our brand to reflect the world we want to build: One where you can access a real internet without a clunky authentication layer. Light, modern, user-friendly.
The core technology and products will remain the same, even if we have a refreshed look.
Current integrations will continue to work (although we suggest customers update to the latest SDK!)
And, most importantly, we’re keeping @VeryAI on X.
