A quick reminder that Noah Crane (19) is still in prison for allegedly buying a mobile phone for a protest that never happened.
He's been held in HMP Forest Bank since August and will likely remain there until his trial in February 2025.
Under new conspiracy laws he could receive a maximum sentence of 10 years in prison.
