Forge customers: upstream PHP PPAs on Ubuntu have not received the patch yet. At the time of this post, updating your PHP version in Forge will not receive a patched version.
We will post another update when patched versions have landed in the PPA and give green light to patch your servers.
Oh dear, seems Laravel Forge is down, presumably due to the amount of people logging in trying to upgrade their PHP versions
If I were hiring I would totally still hire juniors, the only caveat would be i'd expect to see a cool personal portfolio with several different types of applications developed, and i'd want to know you actually know what they do and how they work and how you would change them.
We need to keep training people, with AI a junior can quickly get up to speed...
