Third career start, wasn’t perfect, still needs to see it better. Couple plays he obviously wants back. But I saw growth. I saw a guy make some plays and keep fighting in a tough environment.
Lot of bad QB takes on this app imo. I know ppl hate the word development, but it’s still the most important thing for college athletes and just bc you’re getting paid doesn’t change a single thing about the process.

Still #GoVols🍊! Tough loss last night in a tough place to play! Reading all the NegaVol comments on coach Heupel this morning is pretty comical. Those damn refs were terrible! Still have our destiny in our hands! Win we’re In! 🍊

So emotionally immature. Take the Dub and move on Shane. Please grow up.
Shane Beamer went off in his postgame press conference 🤯, taking aim at “bullcrap” conspiracy theories about South Carolina’s 2022 win over Tennessee after the Gamecocks took down the No. 11 Vols 27–24 Saturday night in Columbia.
The theories alleged that Michigan’s Connor Stalions supplied South Carolina with Tennessee’s stolen signals before the Gamecocks’ 63–38 win in 2022, which knocked the Vols out of playoff contention.
“All the bullcrap conspiracy theories from the last four years, hopefully, we can put that crap to bed now because I don't even want to give credence to it and give oxygen to it because it's so ridiculous. But it's disrespectful all these conspiracy theories about the 2022 game.”
Then Beamer started to get heated.
“It's disrespectful to our fans who were in the stadium that night. It’s disrespectful to our players and coaches that scored 63 points against them that night and held them to 38. So I don’t know what conspiracy theories they are going to come up with this year. Maybe it's the lights from the state fair or something affected their ability to play.
But we won the football game in 2022 because we were the better team. So I hope we can put that crap to bed. And we won the game tonight because we were the better football team” ‼️‼️
Four years later, another Tennessee team’s playoff hopes took a hit in Columbia. Beamer wants his players to get the credit.
What a pathetic attempt to go after a player by using a clearly doctored AI video do better Adam
A punch thrown. A fan pushed. Tennessee equipment smashed by fans. An impediment to UT players exiting field.
Here's what happened during South Carolina field-storming and Tennessee altercations with player and fan.

I think people need to realize just how chaotic college football is, especially the SEC. Everybody wants to act like Josh Heupel is behind everybody else, but I honestly don’t see it that way.
Every team loses games they’re supposed to win. Every coach has bad losses. Teams go on the road and get beat. Teams overlook opponents. Teams have games where nothing goes right. It happens to Alabama, Georgia, Texas, LSU, and everybody else. Why do we act like Tennessee is the only program that deals with it?
Nobody in this sport has it all figured out. There’s no magic formula that guarantees you 10 or 11 wins every year. You can have great recruiting, great facilities, and great coaching and still go out there on Saturday and lay an egg.
I’m not saying Heupel is perfect or that he shouldn’t be criticized. Tennessee has expectations, and rightfully so. But some of y’all act like every other coach in this conference is some kind of mastermind while Heupel is the only one making mistakes.
Look around the SEC. It’s chaos every single year. Teams beat teams they shouldn’t, teams lose games they shouldn’t, and the rankings get flipped upside down every other week.
My point is that Tennessee isn’t some program that’s miles behind everybody else. We’re competing in the same league, dealing with the same challenges, and playing in a sport where nobody is untouchable.
Judge Heupel on the big picture. Judge him on where the program is going, how consistently we’re competing, and whether we’re putting ourselves in position to accomplish our goals.
But stop acting like every loss is proof that Heupel can’t coach while every other coach gets a pass when their team does the exact same thing.
Nobody is above anybody in this sport. You better show up and play on Saturday, or anybody can get beat.

It’s quite strange to start this rant off by saying you don’t want to give this topic any light to then only turn around and do exactly that….

For further context: I wagered $0.00 on the Tennessee South Carolina football game. I put two and two together. It’s called common sense, not a conspiracy.

Tennessee just got HOSED by Vegas, and if you have eyes, I hope you saw it. They juiced the Vols ML to PLUS MONEY just for the refs to make calls against Tennessee all day and take your money. Blatant corruption. Gambling has ruined sports. It’s all entertainment for profit now.

This should have been a handoff to the fullback. Gordon was a decoy. If it’s handed off—Vols get the 1st and 10.
