Men are winning concerning marital status..on issue of divorce. Things are becoming more hot for women..
The High Court has spoken.
Justice Magare has ruled that when a marriage dies, the dowry must come back.
Not to the in-laws. To you.
And the wife cannot say, "But I never took anything, it was dad who ate the goats."
The judge said it does not matter who ate them.
She returns the dowry, then goes to sue her own father.
She even has two years to do it.
The judge was very practical.
And alimony?
The judge said with Article 45 of the Constitution, men and women are equal, so alimony is no longer a reality in Kenya.
Equality has finally arrived.

OFFICIAL STATEMENT TO @NEWSMAX
RE: DEMAND FOR A PUBLIC, TELEVISED APOLOGY FROM @RobFinnertyUSA OVER HIS CARELESS REMARKS ON NAIROBI
We demand that Newsmax take responsibility for the remarks made by Rob Finnerty concerning Nairobi and issue a formal, public apology to the people of Kenya.
Nairobi is not merely a name on a map. It is the capital of a sovereign Continent of Africa, a home to millions of people, a major African economic hub, and a city whose dignity deserves the same or More respect as any other major city in the world.
Freedom of expression does not exempt your incompetent staff and media organisations from accountability for remarks that demean, disrespect and or unfairly disparage other people and their communities.
Our demand is clear and non-negotiable:
1. Rob Finnerty must issue a public, televised apology on Newsmax, addressing his remarks about Nairobi.
2. The apology must be delivered with the Kenyan national flag clearly displayed in the background, as a direct gesture of respect for Kenya and its people.
3. The apology must be sincere, unambiguous, and broadcast publicly on the same platform through which the remarks reached the audience.
4. The Your Staff Must Be Wearing a Kenyan bracelet and a Kenyan Jersey failure to which we demand his resignation with immediate effect.
No private apology, written statement, social media post, or indirect expression of regret will be acceptable.
We expect Newsmax to recognise the seriousness of this matter and respond with the respect and accountability that the people of Kenya deserve.
Kenya is a sovereign nation, and Nairobi deserves to be treated with dignity. Our national pride is not negotiable, and neither is our demand for a public apology in a setting that visibly recognises the Kenyan nation.
We demand nothing less than a public, televised apology, with the Kenyan flag displayed in the background.
Respect Kenya. Respect Nairobi. Take responsibility.

Excellent move...Ciggie..
Ciggie Johnson has told Mwakideu, Terence and Millicent Omanga to adopt and take care of the child if they believe she deserves their support.
Ciggie says his relationship with the baby mama and her mother has been strained for the past 12 years, claiming he has endured difficult times and now wants to cut ties with the family.
He says he had been paying KSh32,000 per term in school fees, KSh20,000 in rent and about KSh15,000 in other monthly expenses. However, he claims the mother later moved the child to a school charging KSh80,000 per term without involving him.
After questioning the decision, Ciggie says the matter ended up in court, prompting him to seek a DNA test. He claims the mother initially refused to undergo the test several times before being compelled by the court.
Ciggie has reportedly told friends that he is now a “free man”, saying he can finally focus on his work and secure his future without what he describes as a toxic family situation.
