2008: accused of sexually assaulting a 15 y/o girl in Harrods boardroom. CPS said not enough to prosecute
2015: Met investigated after allegations in Mirror. Again CPS reviewed files & there was no prosecution
2018 - multiple women came forward to police. A file didn’t even get as far as going to CPS
