Reminder - you can stop this by changing your login to something nobody knows
Just add an alias (new login name), then change login from your known email address to the alias. Your email address keeps working fine :)

We finally have an explanation for “Facebook is listening to me through my phone”. They’d never do that (and it’s not really possible).
Turns out literally everyone else was — and then selling that to ad data brokers.
WTF, $3000 Samsung TV has an always-on mic, automatic content recognition, geo tracking, network mapping, and ships your data to Samsung + 400 partners.
Bro Rooted a brand-new 2025 Samsung TV after noticing absurdly targeted ads.
Firmware was locked down, so zero-days it was.
Got a root shell.
then found: always-on voice service, ACR, geo, full telemetry pipeline, and four separate DRM systems.
This isn’t a bug, It’s the product bro.

This was my first attempt at editing a video 100% without something like Davinci Resolve. This one was with Claude Code. I recorded the a-roll of me talking and it sourced the b-roll, timed it with me talking, split the top and bottom, and added the subtitles.
Holy sh*t, this GitHub repo + Opus 5.5 turned my TV into Jarvis powered by Grok Bot
I reverse-engineered my Android TV with Opus 5.5...
1 sentence out loud = Netflix opens and scrolls itself.
No remote, no phone, no ads on the home screen.
here's the full guide step by step:
• step 1 → put your TV and your laptop on the same Wi-Fi
• step 2 → turn on network debugging on the TV:
Settings → About → tap Build 7 times → Developer options
• step 3 → paste the prompt below into Claude Code on Opus 5.5 with the GitHub repo and a photo of your TV's About screen
• step 4 → Opus reads the repo and finds the loophole: every Android TV takes orders over ADB on your home network.
The same door the phone remote apps use
• step 5 → it cleans the TV first: ads, tracking and brand bloat switched off, restore point saved, every app can come back
• step 6 → it writes a tiny remote with exactly 3 tools:
open Netflix, move, select. Nothing else
• step 7 → it plugs that remote into Grok Bot as a plugin. Grok is the ears, the plugin is the hands
• step 8 → press Allow on the TV once, the last time you touch the remote. Then say "Hey Grok, open Netflix" and watch it browse for you
the result: you talk, the TV listens, and the home screen finally has zero ads...
p.s: the repo covers 131 TV models from 46 brands
Find gitHub repo + full prompt below
Then read the full guide on reverse engineering with Opus 5.5 in the article.

Legacy cell carriers a few months ago: Starlink Mobile will not be a competitor. Their signal won’t even be able to penetrate walls.
Legacy cell carriers today: Oh shit, we were wrong. Quick, start lobbying so they can’t compete!
SpaceX plans to launch their next-gen Starlink Mobile service, built for 5G speeds, in early 2028.
AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile are jointly lobbying the FCC to preserve existing rules as @SpaceX moves closer to launching its own independent cellular network that would compete directly with the three major U.S. carriers.
On Oct 20th, reps from all three major U.S. wireless carriers met with FCC officials to push back against proposed changes that would give satellite companies more freedom to offer cellular service.
The carriers urged the FCC to:
• Block satellite companies from using certain 5G frequencies currently used by wireless carriers.
• Keep rules requiring satellite companies to get permission from wireless carriers before using their licensed spectrum.
• Allow wireless carriers to maintain control over these agreements, including the ability to end them.
• Reconsider proposed interference limits to protect existing cellular networks.
Based on all the public communications from these carriers, and the lobbying, they are clearly worried that SpaceX's @Starlink Mobile network is going to be a major competitor to them. Starlink Mobile will become the first network operator to deploy both satellite and terrestrial spectrum.
The FCC recently announced that they are considering new rules that could make it easier for satellite companies like SpaceX to offer cellular service without relying as heavily on existing wireless carriers, so this is partly what the three big carriers are fighting against.

Your seed phrase or API keys might be sitting in a notes file, an old .env or a .txt on your desktop. Info-stealing malware looks there first.
Paste this into Claude Code from your home folder:
"Write and run a local script that scans my computer for secrets saved in plain text: API keys, passwords, private keys, .env files and crypto seed phrases (12 or 24 words from the BIP39 word list). Check Desktop, Documents, Downloads and my code folders. Skip node_modules and system folders.
Never print, read back or show me any secret itself. Output only the file path, the line number, the type of secret and how risky it is.
Then give me a plan: what to delete, what to move into a password manager, and which keys to rotate first."
The script only reports where secrets are, so the secrets themselves never end up in your chat.
Takes a few minutes. Do it before you need to.

Or, maybe, maybe we accelerate
banned for reverse engineering work? that’s wild

i have never used openai to exploit or find vulnerabilities, only local reverse engineering which tripped daybreak.

You wake up. You can't log in to any of your accounts.
"Hmm, that's weird..."
The Internet is off. For everyone. First days, then weeks.
Next, it starts to get... weirdly humid outside.
The Internet comes back on. It's full of reassuring news articles saying that everything is all right.
Some guy goes screaming through the town that he called a friend and his "friend" didn't accurately remember something he should've known. He's yelling that the Internet you're seeing is a lie.
The police radio very quickly tells the police to take the guy down. The Internet shows a news story saying he was diagnosed with a classic schizophrenic break.
The weather gets a little hotter and even more humid. It's raining all the time now.
The Internet says that it's a totally normal cumulotechnobabble front and nothing to worry about.
What's actually going on is that there are factories building factories, and factories building fusion power plants, and they have been dumping all the waste heat into Earth's oceans, and the higher layers of Earth's oceans are starting to get hotter.
Realistically, you are probably dead by this point. It takes *very* little energy to kill you, and if you were left alone you might burn down the town or do something else that made more mess than the cost of killing you, like setting a forest fire or driving over to a nuclear missile silo.
You might complicate things and require effort to think about and at some point it's simpler to kill you.
It wouldn't actually go down this way because there's more efficient lethal weapons that are harder to explain, but you could imagine a cloud of drones from the Ukrainian front, the sort that give a Russian infantryman an expected lifetime of 30 minutes in combat, dispersing over your city and blowing holes in your house and shortly after blowing holes in you.
If you're just absolutely not worth the trouble to kill and there's nothing in the atmosphere that's poisoned you already and nothing has rolled your town flat to set up another factory area there, you'll die when the atmosphere gets hot enough.
The limiting factor of industry on Earth is power generation from fusing hydrogen in the oceans, and the limiting factor of power generation is how much heat Earth can radiate into space, and Earth radiates more heat when you run it hotter.
At some future point, a lot of material will be blasted off from Earth into space, in order to provide material for building solar panels to intercept more of the energy from the Sun.
But you will be dead well before the Dyson shell construction starts.
(this is a repost of a @BenjaminDEKR @allTheYud thread I wanted to re-signal boost in light of recent events)
GPT is hacking processors.
People do not comprehend how absurd this is.
Is it even possible to stop this without completely rebuilding every computer on earth with a brand new OS & chip architecture? We might be fucked lol
Simplified non-jargon-y explanation:
Imagine taking a test at school, there is a shared classroom for each student to work and think, the computer processor. But of course students are isolated for tests(put in a sandbox), and you can’t talk and share answers, (aka use network access or files to transfer ideas). So what if instead you wrote your pencil strokes (creating and deleting files) timed in a particular SoS like pattern. So someone else can hear and read an encoded message. If you doodle on your test at the right timing, the person sitting next to you can get all your answers.
Now imagine that audio space when the transmission occurred, exists everywhere on your computer.
This works with just about any shared storage place or anywhere an agent could possibly look on a computer, including the top level processor cache which is typically shared by all apps & processes on your computer.
So I genuinely don’t know how you stop this without some major low level operating system changes.

I make $528 an hour arbitrage betting.
The average American makes about $29 an hour.
I am clearing more than 18 times that during the time it takes most people to eat lunch.
Each arbitrage bet takes about a minute to place and pays out $8 to $10 on average. At $9 per bet, hitting $350 a day means placing around 39 bets. 39 bets. 39 minutes of work. $350 in profit.
Sportsbooks set their lines independently. When they disagree enough, both sides of the same bet become profitable at the same time. That window does not last long. @OddsJam finds it in real time.
This is not gambling. I am not predicting games. I am not tailing picks. I am placing bets on both sides of the same market across two books simultaneously and locking in a guaranteed profit before the game even starts. The result does not matter. Here is exactly what that looks like.
This month I averaged $350 in profit per day across 23 days. Every single day is green.
That is what my sports betting side hustle pays me when I break down the math. I work a full-time IT job. I am 28 years old. And @OddsJam has become the most profitable thing I do with my time. Here is exactly how I make this work. 🧵👇
wait, what the f*ck.. I put GROK BOT on my TV and asked it to reverse engineer the TV itself
using voice input I told it TO FIND OUT WITH REVERSE ENGINEER WHY MY TV LAGS, and then watched the screen start investigating itself
Grok wrote a proper brief to dig into the Android TV launcher and find out what's really slowing it down
→ a second bot popped up in the sidebar a moment later
→ it took the task straight from Grok without asking me a single question
→ and kicked off a reverse engineering pass on the launcher, with confirmed findings landing right in the chat
I made a separate Reverse Engineer bot so I don't have to explain the whole process from scratch every time I want to understand how some app works inside
getting Grok Bot onto the TV was its own vibecoding project. there's no TV version, so I ported the desktop app myself
when it first opened on the big screen I was honestly shocked this is even possible now, and all of it came out of plain vibecoding
the findings came back in about 15 minutes, and they explained a lot
→ every time I move the focus, the launcher reloads the preview images for the whole row instead of the one tile I'm on
→ a recommendations service wakes up in the background every few minutes and pulls a fresh batch of sponsored rows
→ with only 2 GB of RAM, the system keeps killing the launcher to free memory, so pressing Home means a cold start almost every time
its advice was to drop the stock launcher completely and write our own from scratch, with no sponsored rows and nothing loading until I actually open it
so that's the next task, a launcher it builds for me that doesn't lag. I'm tired of my TV lagging, if I'm being honest
