There is a tendency to want to tell the world how your day in the hospital was full of all sorts and for everyone to see how hard youβre working.
Donβt.

someone supported your cause in utmost good faith and outright asked you to keep that deed between you two.
you had a disagreement and she civilly asked you to withdraw the usage of a word when addressing her. you took it to heart and began publishing about that very deed for the general publicβs consumption.
she didnβt even make any reference to that money. you offered to refund the money, began using derogatory adjectives on her β βdangerousβ βsnakeβ, asked people to stay clear of her. opened her up to your community members and your grand patron to hound. theyβve been hounding her in her quotes β a person who was graceful to you and civil in light of your disagreement.
it is well.

It doesn't sound like an agenda; it is agenda-driven and ignorant, but it is partly your fault and partly an issue I have always complained about.
Healthcare communication is very delicate and requires actual training or self-education. A lot of medics talk to the public (& on Twitter) like they are at a medical conference or an M&M meeting.
It leads to miscommunication, unempathetic statements & widening disagreement that is only amplified on platforms like this. You can't expect people to suddenly understand the intricacies of maternal mortality or how an OBGYN department is run in Nigeria. Still, when you communicate as if they do, it only leads to more misunderstanding and polarisation.
This "tough love and chew the carrot & only use the stick" approach to medical education, discussions and influencing on this platform only ends this way. If I weren't in the field, who knows what absurd conclusions I'd draw from engaging with tweets here.
There is a lesson in all of this after it fades away and before it returns for its next cycle of discussions & arguments.

Thank you very much @monzo for you guys quick and swift response.
I just got off the call from a representative from the headquarters...
You guys are the best. Thank you very much.
The Β£115 donation from @drifeleah has been successfully sent back.
While I want to appreciate you all for the messages... I'm seeing all your DMs, I'm fine!... trust me!...
I don't have any issues with @drifeleah
Infact, I just finished praying for the issue on ground, because I know the enemy, the devil is looking for a loophole. I will maintain cordial relationship with everyone.
Thank you @monzo ... I'll love to commend the representative who wished my HAPPY BIRTHDAY IN ADVANCE... my Birthday is November 4. Guys in the UK, try and have one monzo account.
Thank you for your understanding guys on this matter. This will be the end of the matter now... guys.

If you guys come out to vote, the elections will be too big to rig.

If we have over 60m Nigerians out to vote!

If your profession is as important as you claim, why are you so desperate to invalidate someone elseβs? Imagine needing someoneβs expertise and still having the audacity to look down on their profession. You earn more ,can your entire salary buy one of my wigs ? No f00lish thing

There is a certain confidence that comes with being a winner; you possess a Midas touch, and then the aura of invincibility kicks in, and that is when the downfall starts. So, if you are a constant winner, don't ever feel invincible and don't get complacent.

If your patient comes to you and say this condition feels like a death sentence, as a Dr, it's not your place to start doing grammar lesson.
The person who wears the shoes, knows where it's hurting... It's not everytime you must start quoting textbooks. Listen to your patient

This issue right here is the power of perspective. An obstetrician will never agree that pregnancy is a death sentence, as there's zero tolerance to maternal mortality in the profession, and if a pregnant woman goes through them(us), they can almost 100% guarantee her safety.
Okay, I'm sorry about the language...
address the issue... Your word on this app is a very serious signature!... I will not tell a junior doctor to watch his or her words...
People literally take your words as GOOD STANDARD... you won't believe it!
If you, are now addressing situations without addressing it holistically... you will mislead a certain group...
Doesn't make sense!...
Your aim is to let these women know the difference between HIGH RISK PREGNANCY, RISK OF PREGNANCY and "PREGNANCY DEATH SENTENCE"
If we are not ready to do that... that we are best laughable... that's the gospel truth!
