Creatine supplementation is safe

I’m telling all athletes…STOP TAKING CREATINE. You don’t need it. Stop putting that nonsense in your body. A good diet and proper sleep are best. Stop letting little Jimmy at the local Planet Fitness tell the top 1% of human bodies what to supplement. Creatine is like filling a balloon with air it looks bigger and better till it’s time to put it under stress. That’s why soft tissue injuries happen. Your muscles lack pure substance.
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
Scientific research and the International Society of Sports Nutrition show no evidence that creatine causes soft tissue injuries or weakens muscles. Studies show creatine users experience an equal or lower incidence of muscle strains and cramping compared to non-users. thegpni.com/articles/show/…
States top ranked team in 6A WVB just got swept by the defending 6A state champs!
STATING THEIR CASE
Football is not the only sport where we have teams getting noticed via state rankings. Girls volleyball has several teams in the top 10 of their classifications, including @ParklandAthlet1 #1 in 6A, and @SolehiSpartans #2 in 5A.

All around great kid who does things the right way!
FOOTBALL: 239 all-purpose yards, 3 total TD for @SFRamsFB’s Rowan Harmon tonight as the Rams improve to 2-0 with a 21-7 victory at Exeter.
Truer words have never been spoken.
Being a pro athlete and going back to play in college is one of the softest things you could do.
You couldn't hack it, sucks, get a real job like the rest of us.
I think my biggest issue with the LLWS is that they aren’t preparing these kids for the next level.
I’m assuming the majority of kids are 12 years old and they’re playing on 46/60 field when MS baseball is 60/90 (correct me if I’m wrong)
They skip 50/70 altogether.
Early results for @SFRamsFB testing
