Yesterday, a per*** shared a video that exposed his filthy mindset. It was so uncomfortable to watch that even sharing it felt wrong. Yet today, the Lady Kothus are shamelessly laughing it off as a joke. What a convenient way to normalize something that should have been called out?? And the host’s silence is the biggest hypocrisy of all. Just a couple of days ago she was crying in her Space because someone called her transgender in a comment section. The issue was serious enough that TVK guys confronted the person who made that comment. So.. when someone targets you it’s humiliation, injustice and a matter worth crying over. But when another woman is subjected to something disturbing suddenly it’s all just a joke? You expect empathy when you are hurt but where is that empathy when someone else deserves it? You demand respect for yourselves yet remain silent or laugh when another woman is disrespected. You cannot demand dignity for yourselves while making a mockery of someone else’s dignity. You cannot condemn cruelty when it targets you and normalize it when it happens to someone else. That isn’t strength or empowerment.
