When I found Pedro, he was skin and bones, had about 500 ticks on him, and almost no hair. He just showed up in my yard at the last place I lived before the Catturd Ranch. He was already fully grown and that was well over a decade ago. I don’t know exactly how old he is, but he’s really old. He’s turned grey, goes slow, and has good days and bad. Senior dogs are special and Pedro is the best of them. I don’t know how much more time he has, but I cherish every day he’s still here. Of all my rescues, he’s my best boy.

As an Australian, I think it's the prime minister of Canada, Mark Carney, who is showing the world the reality of what Trump is doing. He tried to work with Trump; he tried to have a good relationship with Trump, and he did because it's better for Canada. But he realizes that it doesn't work. You can't appease a bully. There will be a cost for countries that oppose Trump, but there is a bigger cost for not.

I wonder why, after nearly two centuries of playgrounds and parks, such a bylaw is suddenly necessary.

EU President Ursula Von Der Leyen says that people's savings accounts are an issue, and that she must put this money "to the service of European companies" and says her plan is to "securitize them" and "supervise them." It is voluntary for now, but just wait until "her people" aren't doing what they are told, and the digital money system is put in place...
