These 3 audiobooks made me a more peaceful man than any lessons my dad taught me: 1. The Power of Now - Eckhart Tolle 2. 12 Rules for Life - Jordan Peterson 3. The Four Agreements - Don Miguel Ruiz Cost me less than therapy too.

Yesterday I swore in to serve the United States Army. Super excited to learn the discipline methods of the military and apply it to my life.

Wrote these down from A New Earth from Eckhart Tolle the other day. This is the biggest reduction of stress I've ever encountered.

The sun at 6:20 AM This is what I saw while others slept. People say they "take good care" themselves or things in their care (animals, possessions, relationships) Until you put in uncommon unseen work, you're the same as everyone else who says they do.

Grand rising! If you only try to convince the world you're happy instead of working with the voice in your head, you will never feel whole. "Humans are meant to socialize" True. But, we're also made to think. Get that right to start living instead of only existing.

This is the latest audiobook I've been geeking out about. It's wild how much we don't know about what our thoughts can do. From strengthening your body to causing (or curing) cancer by thought patterns alone. @akash_dpt have you read this one?

I spent the last month and a half preparing my mind and body to join the US army. Today I took the ASVAB and scored a 93. I've spent hours running, listening to books, soaking in freezing water. I turned 32 on Thursday, and I'm at the peak of my game.

Hell of a still 😂 I'm in working mode because I have a big physical test coming up soon. Along with maintaining my strength, I'm down to 212.4 after 40 days of grinding. Cardio increasing, energy increase, mentality becoming solid. It took 5-8 hours of working out a week.

This is why you can't trust everything you read. Common sense is in low supply. Does caffeine stimulate you in the short term? Yes Will it affect your heart health long term? This search says yes and no. Get smart. Long term abuse of any substance has consequences.
