- “Trust yourself.”
- “No one knows your situation like you do.”
- “Don’t take advice from anyone living a life you don’t want to live.”
These three principles gave me the courage to follow my intuition and carve my own path despite everyone around me doubting it.

how to make productivity your default mode:
1. learn to say "no"
2. make some space on your calendar
3. get quiet
4. identify what you really care about
5. rearrange your life so you're doing only that
bullying yourself to get sh!t done is not winning.

You're allowed a certain amount of freedom when you've put in the effort.
You can have pizza and booze 1 night a week if you're strict the other 6 or a whole weekend if you focus for 11 days straight.

Overthinking is a new problem.
A modern-age plague that feasts on your peace of mind.
It was born when we modern folk started to believe that reason holds a monopoly when it comes to decision-making
You're taught to dismiss the deep wisdom within and bury it under a pile of doubts.
And if you've accepted the hypnotic suggestions of our current age, you're far more likely to cast a suspicious eye on your
• Instinct
• Intuition
• Gut feelings
• Deep intelligence
But think of your ancestors.
They merged thought and intuition.
They trusted mind, body, and spirit to make decisions.
They considered their dreams - not just dreams, but messengers.
Instincts - not random impulses, but lifesavers.
Gut feelings - valued as much as logic.
The modern age is not just a shift— it's a drift.
From intuition to evidence.
A disconnect from your deepest self.
The result?
Balance is lost.
Your unconscious mind — a vast ocean, teeming with

It's an unseen ally, forever at work.
Overthinking is a self-made prison — Endless analysis. Decision paralysis.
It's a recipe for stress, anxiety, mental fatigue.
The connection to the deep wisdom of your unconscious is lost.
My advice as a hypnotist and unconscious coach...
Cultivate balance.
Trust your intuition.
Dream.
Feel.
Connect.
Let your unconscious be your compass.
Don't discard reason, but make sure it stays in its lane.
Balance it.
Because logic is a boat that can only sail so far.
The unconscious is the entire ocean.
Thinking is not knowing.
Knowing is knowing.
And it happens when you blend conscious and unconscious modes of being,
Break free from overthinking and enter understanding.
As Bruce Lee said, "Don't think. Feel."

The universe began with a big bang.
The sonic boom of a Word.
And that Word was made flesh.
But as creatures, we forget the power of our own words.
To create
To sustain
To destroy.
Language is your interface to reality.
Use your words to create.
Not to destroy.

You guys inspired me.
I just said no (in the nicest possible way) to something that wasn’t aligned with my purpose.
Just finished my last conversation about it.
I have been quietly working on delegating it for 2+ years and we are set.
They are ready and so am I.

Let's start with the basics.
- You don't need an audience.
- You need an offer.
If you do things the other way around, you're in for a lot of pain.
