Meet today’s #WoW3 nominee: @Jbishy1990, CEO of @LinumLabs
Jade isn’t just leading in Web3, she’s redefining what intentional, human-centered leadership looks like in tech.
With 10+ years in the ecosystem, she’s moved through implementation, PM, ops, and into the deep end of blockchain with a level of curiosity that turned into a calling. From managing technical projects → COO → now CEO of Linum Labs, her journey is a masterclass in growing with purpose.
Jade leads with empathy, clarity, and action, and the team feels it. They describe her as:
Hands-on. Modern. Visionary but grounded. Supportive. Energetic. Transparent. Creative. Intentional. Action-oriented. A leader who brings people with her.
She strives to understand people, systems, and the environments she’s building in, turning challenges into opportunities for collective growth.
Her impact at Linum Labs and across Web3 shows what happens when empathy meets excellence, and leadership meets purpose.
Proud to spotlight Jade Bishop for today’s #WoW3, a woman shaping the future of tech with heart, vision, and conviction.

The best part of the @colosseum hackathon isn’t the prize money.
It’s the people you meet who end up changing your life.
