Please, tell your father that it’s time to come out of that prison and embrace the life he still deserves to live with his family. He has spent so much of his life fighting for a nation and for people who, sadly, are carrying on with their lives while he remains behind bars. They are enjoying their freedom while he is deprived of his.
My heart aches thinking about the sacrifices he has made and the precious moments he has lost with his loved ones. Perhaps it’s time for him to put himself first, to choose peace, to enjoy life, and to make beautiful memories with his family.
As a nation, we have failed him. We may never truly understand the price he has paid, but he deserves so much more than this. No country should cost a man his entire life. We simply don’t deserve his sacrifices. ❤️

This high blood pressure is not normal, it is the direct result of this isolation.
If he is not freed soon he will die in this cell.

– On 2 Nov his lawyer was allowed a brief meeting at Adiala Jail, the first in 7 months.
– Khan reports his blood pressure spiked to 192. He never had high BP, and it was normal a year ago. The family's medical advisors say developing it suddenly at 70+ is virtually unheard of.
– He says the problems began only after more than a year of total isolation, and accuses those holding him of trying to kill him by withholding proper treatment.
– The family demands his immediate admission to an independent hospital in Islamabad, with his personal doctor present.
– A Supreme Court order from August 2026 for treatment at Shifa International Hospital has still not been implemented.
– He survived multiple attempts on his life before jail, including being shot several times in the leg, one bullet narrowly missing his femoral artery.
– If anything happens to him now, the family says, it will be cold-blooded murder.

Just imagine the gravity of what happened in Pakistan on February 8, 2024.
Yesterday, it was a beautiful display of democracy in the United States of America, where Americans came out in large numbers to vote, believing their voices would be heard through their votes. On February 8, 2024, Pakistanis came out with that same belief, with millions backing Imran Khan and PTI backed candidates.
Now imagine waking up the next morning to find that your election was rigged, your mandate was stolen, and a government you never voted for was being imposed on you.
Imagine the anger, the helplessness, and the devastation of an entire nation that believed its vote would make a difference.
