I will keep saying....
The mistake women made was comparing themselves with men yet there is no comparison, we are obviously the superior gender

The main challenge in life is women want their responsibilities treated as sacrifices but want men’s sacrifices to be treated as responsibilities.

Shitting on yourself is personal business. You are the one who knows how much that PB means to you. Interacting with people after instead of going home to clean up? Disgusting and a health hazard.

Kila mtu ako na a 5/6 year old wallahi. Siku ya lockdown the clueless minority wakipika banana bread daily, the majority walikuwa busy wanawekwa buns kwa hizo oven zao.

What is the mandate of Water Resources Authority and how does WRA allocate water? #Securingwaterresourcessafeguardingourfuture!

Shame is a construct and I need you to start constructing.
Part 1 #standardcharteredmarathon This is the best shitty story you are ever going to read because shame is a construct that is non existent in the World of Mansa 😁 In the quest for a sub 3 Marathon, in an Official Course, I shat myself… but who cares? 🤣 Despite using #loperamide before and within the run, I knew the caffeine gels were going to mess up my stomach. And for sure at 22km, right there on Kibera hill, the bathroom call came, not so far from the place I had to use the bush during my Stanchart RECCE I had 2 options, use the bathrooms provided, which meant, stop and struggle to pick up pace after, or keep going and hope for the best! I chose the later, & by 28km it was evident that the bathroom call could no longer wait! Kukaza matako and run fast at the same time is not easy at all since they both use the same muscle ( did you know that? Now you know ) 🤣 Stopping was not an option! In the words of @nimsdai giving up is not in the blood! So I did what I had to do, kukaza haga proper 😂 At 40km, the worst happened! The shat came at SAWE speed 😂😭 The finish line was near and that’s all that mattered! In the end, a 2:46:20 marathon was in the bag, & shitting myself was a small price to pay for it! Having shed a whole 11 mins, 26 secs from my previous pb, the joy, more like euphoria, was everything 🙌🏾 definitely stronger than the smell 😆 After getting my medal, I took a whole carton of water and dashed to the bathroom to clean up… it was a mess! Shit on my shorts, socks, shoes… everywhere 😭 not even the whole box of water could save me! Thanks to the guys at carnivore for allowing me to use their bathroom to clean up! After cleaning up, I came back & proudly mingled with people as if nothing had happened 😂. In case you smelt something weird, that was me and I’m sorry 🤣 To everyone who said hello on my way back and I probably did not respond, now you know what I was going through! Poleni sana! I was going through a lot 😂 To the guy at 40km who ran along side, filming & asking me questions, my apologies… I was in a shitty situation & couldn’t say shit 😂 please send me that video 🙏🏽 To my Formation Team, your post is loading 🙌🏾 you guys are special and you made today a reality @edgarruner , Atati, Ng’eno & Lee. Nyinyi lazima niwaandikie shairi 🙌🏾

Wueh, people need to decenter themselves from some things
Women teaching other women how to be good wives and people are MAD? 😂 So empowerment only counts when women choose the things you approve of?

They DID the work! Local organizing, civics, turning up at the polls etc. Not just a miracle.
I don’t know if those who are categorical that there can be no miracles in elections are following the happenings in Serbia and Brazil. Im super encouraged for 2027 because we in Kenya pray to the same God. Inshallah we get ours too.

Sometimes I watch this clips of Sifuna back then and I can say everything is God's plans coz tell me this videos are the campaigning tools for Omwami. All his clips are based on the interest of common mwananchi. We will never fumble this one and let no one tell us anything. 2023.

Problem with reckless driving is that innocent people get caught in the crossfire , it is therefore imperative that NTSA stops this madness
Poverty will make you call it reckless 🤣😂

Before we veer off kabisa, these are the stats from the 2019 census😩
What are all these topics that are outlasting the 24 hour cycle? Even 10k GDP might not be enough to save us at this rate 😂😭

A part of the answer to your challenge lies in your description of @edwinsifuna . A blank slate/ new start/ break with the past is what many who support him are looking for. Kenya is in an argument between its past and its future; credentials that speak to status quo aren't the credentials his supporters respect.

This is reckless and unacceptable. Safety must never be compromised when lives are on the line. These drivers not only put their own lives at risk, but also endangered passengers and other road users. It is deeply unfortunate that while comprehensive measures are being implemented to address road safety challenges, individuals still engage in such risky actions. We thank the public for bringing this forward and condemning this behavior. We urge any member of the public with the registration details of these vehicles to share them via DM. We will investigate and take immediate, appropriate action. #UsalamaBarabarani

Wetangula voted in 2010 to reduce the minimum age for the Presidency to 18 from 35. Today he says 44 is too young!
