साथियों रिसर्च स्कोलर्स की हालत खराब है ना कभी समय पर पैसा मिलता है।अधिकारी गण मज़े कर रहे। चाहे Researchers को fellowship मिले या ना मिले ,Fellowship should be regulars disbursal.
