Do you want to write for TV and work with the production company who produced global Netflix hit Adolescence? We have a cracker of an opportunity for aspiring TV writers - the Channel 4 Writing for TV Awards are now open and close on 8 June 2025.
They are looking for unique talents, based in the North of England, who have never had a script published.
There will be four winners selected who will each a receive a cash bursary, mentoring with an industry professional and the opportunity get work with a top independent production company.
The production companies we are working with this year are Warp Films (Adolescence), Rope Ladder Fiction (Waterloo Road), FilmNation Entertainment (Small Town, Big Story and I Know This Much is True) and Bonafide Film (Mood and The Last Post).
