Meet Monique Gignac-Yochum, a Canadian citizen, who was charged with ILLEGALLY VOTING in the 2022 and 2024 elections.
The thing that Democrats say never happens happened again.
EXCLUSIVE: ICE Arrests Canadian Citizen for Illegally Voting in Two Federal Elections
Immigration and Customs Enforcement (@ICEgov) provided Border Hawk with details about the case against Monique Gignac-Yochum, a lawful permanent resident from Canada.
Gignac-Yochum registered to vote in the state of Wisconsin by falsely claiming U.S. citizenship, ICE says.
She reportedly voted in general elections in 2022 and again in 2024.
A federal misdemeanor arrest warrant was issued out of the Western District of Wisconsin for her arrest on Oct. 23, 2026.
However, authorities learned Gignac-Yochum had relocated to Arizona.
ICE Homeland Security Investigations (@HSI_HQ) Milwaukee notified HSI Tucson and Gignac-Yochum was taken into custody on Oct. 28 and charged with illegal voting.
"Gignac-Yochum allegedly voted illegally in not one, but two federal elections, then moved more than a thousand miles away,” said ICE Assistant Director of Public Affairs Micah Bock.
“Falsely claiming U.S. citizenship to vote isn’t a paperwork mistake. It’s a serious violation of federal law that undermines public trust in our elections. Moving across state lines didn’t put her beyond the reach of federal law enforcement. If someone breaks our election laws, they should expect to be held accountable.”
Gignac-Yochum faces up to one year in prison if convicted.

TO THE GREAT PEOPLE OF ARIZONA, GET OUT AND VOTE for these Great Patriots! They have my Complete and Total Endorsement and will never let you down! President DONALD J. TRUMP swampthevoteusa.com/arizona/
Déjà vu Election Day 2022 when Maricopa County printed the wrong image on the ballots, causing the scanners to reject those ballots.
We the people demand election reform. No more Election season. One Day One Vote.
🚨 Bexar County says it won't brief the press on its emergency ballot bins until Election Day.
Brand new scanners jammed at at least seven early voting sites in San Antonio.
One pollworker says some jams took three to four hours to fix. Voters watched their ballots go into a bin instead of the machine.
The county's own training slides told judges to rescan those ballots on site. The Texas Secretary of State's handbook says to keep them separate and send them to central count.
Two election judges say the instructions changed in the middle of early voting.
Voters have no way to check whether their ballot was ever scanned. The county turned down an interview.
This is the Paxton Senate race in Texas' fourth-largest county. Show us the reconciliation logs now, not after the results.

What? You don’t say? Maricopa County has issues again?????

Not one Democrat state — not one — has either a.) checked the citizenship status of their voter file or b.) shared their voter records with DHS to check citizenship. The total number of illegal and non-citizen voters is astronomical.
The Michigan Democratic Party just KICKED OUT Rep. Haley Stevens for endorsing Republican Mike Rogers, per the Washington Post.
Schumer calls it "a despicable betrayal."
One endorsement, and they cut her loose in a single day.
Tolerant party?

The U.S. Attorney's Office in Arizona has opened a federal case into three NONPROFITS accused of registering NON-CITIZENS to vote, and has already sent it to the FBI
U.S. Attorney Timothy Courchaine also wrote to the Maricopa County Recorder and the Arizona Secretary of State, urging them to review every voter registration tied to those groups

🚨 WHERE THE HELL IS DECOY DAN?
I FLEW 22 HOURS to ALASKA to speak with the FAKE Dan Sullivan, and it turns out he FLED THE TOWN
We staked out Decoy Dan’s house for SEVERAL hours over TWO DAYS and couldn’t detect even the slightest movements in the house.
We’re told he hopped on a flight earlier this week after catching wind of the BOMBSHELL story about his recruitment to run for Senate to confuse voters — despite being holed up in his house for the ENTIRE rest of the election.
Decoy Dan is MIA, and FBI is hopefully hot on his trail.
We CANNOT ALLOW this sort of election manipulation in our government.
Throw the BOOK at him, DOJ! – at Petersburg, AK

🚨 BREAKING: JUDGE TOSSES CASE AGAINST FORMER FBI OFFICIALS ACCUSED OF LYING TO CONGRESS ABOUT HUNTER BIDEN'S LAPTOP
Magistrate Judge Zia Faruqui in Washington, D.C. dismissed the case against Nikki Floris and Bradley Benavides, former leaders of the FBI's Foreign Influence Task Force.
They were charged with lying to the House Judiciary Committee in 2023. Benavides claimed he learned the FBI had the laptop from Wikipedia.
Faruqui was not picked by any President.
He was selected by the D.C. federal court and sworn in by Chief Judge Beryl Howell, an Obama appointee.
This is the same pattern. Clinton appointed Judge Cameron Currie tossed the cases against James Comey and Letitia James.
When people say no one is being arrested, they need to realize President Trump's Department of Justice is up against an entire army of leftist activist judges appointed by Obama and Biden, and even some establishment RINOs appointed by Republicans, including some President Trump appointed when he got bad advice on them.
The judicial tyranny continues.

🚨 Nick Shirley asked an Iranian American what he thinks about what's going on with Iran, and he said it's 47 YEARS TOO LATE. He said they needed this 47 years ago, but nobody had the balls to do it except Trump (his words, not mine)! He said the head of the snake has been cut off, and once Iran becomes a normal democracy, second only to Israel in the Middle East, the whole world will be rid of terrorism.
Thank you @nickshirleyy for letting people like him be heard! 🇺🇸 CNN in the trash media would never dare give voice to the truth!
🇺🇸 🇮🇷
Man: I'm Iranian American.
Nick: What do you think about what's going on?
Man: 47 years too late! We needed this 47 years ago, but no one had, excuse the French, the balls to do it besides Trump! With this, the head of the snake is cut off, and you will see, once Iran becomes a normal democracy, second only to Israel in the Middle East, the whole world will be shed of terrorism.

It should surprise no one DC U.S. Magistrate Judge Zia Mustafa Faruqui--who apologized to a failed Trump assassin--dismissed charges against dirty FBI agents the day before the midterm elections.
Faruqui is doing precisely what he accused the Trump Justice Department of doing:
Election interference.

This of course was the plan all along
A look of utter PANIC overtakes a Republican voter in Anchorage, Alaska, as he realizes that he may have voted for the wrong Dan Sullivan.
Democrats and their media allies insist there is no confusion among voters.
That’s just not true.
Watch this man’s facial expressions closely as it sets in that he may have cast his ballot for the spoiler candidate.
ALASKA VOTER: “I don’t remember seeing the other Dan Sullivan.”
“I totally forgot to look if there was two Dan Sullivans.”
NEWSNATION: “The two were together on the ballot.”
That’s when it starts to sink in.
ALASKA VOTER: “Yeah….”
NEWSNATION: “You didn’t notice that?”
ALASKA VOTER: “I just…I might be just having a brain freeze. But I don’t remember the second Dan Sullivan.”
How many others may have voted for the spoiler?
