2020 aCO2 emissions fell by 7%. Should have driven a 44% drop in atmCO2 growth rate based on avg 2017-2019 sequestration of aCO2 emissions
BUT atmCO2 grew by record 7% to prove NET-ZERO OBJECTIVE PHYSICALLY IMPOSSIBLE

The story reported by Peter van Onselen in the Daily Mail details behind-the-scenes political maneuvering that took place weeks before the recent attack.
The controversy is centered entirely around a $6 million non-competitive government grant awarded to the Marrickville Golf Club, which happens to be located near Prime Minister Anthony Albanese's personal home.
The Core Conflict
โข Hainesโ Criticism: Independent MP Helen Haines publicly and heavily criticised the federal funding allocated to the golf course. She raised concerns over the transparency, appropriateness, and process behind giving millions in taxpayer money to a local club with direct geographic and historical ties to the Prime Minister.
โข The "Dirt Sheet" Response: According to the Daily Mail, shortly after Haines made these critical remarks, Anthony Albanese's office compiled and distributed a background "dirt sheet" to select journalists in the parliamentary press gallery.
โข The Intention: The document was reportedly shopped around by the Prime Minister's team with the explicit goal of baselessly undermining Haines' political integrity to neutralise her criticisms of the grant.
Why the Daily Mail Highlighted It
The Daily Mail brought this to light to point out what it viewed as a sharp contrast in political behavior. The publication contrasted the Prime Minister's staff previously trying to damage Haines' reputation behind closed doors with the high praise Albanese publicly gave her characterโcalling her a "beacon of light" and "someone of integrity"โfollowing her subsequent hospitalisation.
According to reporting by Peter van Onselen in the Daily Mail, the background document distributed by Anthony Albaneseโs office did not contain any proven allegations of wrongdoing. Instead, it was a list of research prompts and speculative questions designed for journalists to investigate and cast doubt on Independent MP Helen Haines' political integrity.
The document was distributed the day after Haines labelled the $6 million grant to the Prime Ministerโs local Marrickville Golf Club as "pork-barrelling by design".
The "dirt sheet" specifically directed journalists to look into the following areas:
1. Scrutinising Her Local Project Funding Requests
The document provided a list of $1.8 billion worth of local funding and infrastructure projects that Haines had advocated for in her electorate of Indi. It prompted reporters to look into the "due diligence" and "value for money" of these projects, suggesting they should be examined under the same scrutiny she applied to the golf club.
2. Suggesting Potential Conflicts of Interest
The file explicitly prompted journalists to check if Haines had any personal or professional connections, undeclared benefits, or political donations tied to local businesses benefiting from these projects. The document framed these as potential angles to investigate, including:
โข Tourism & Hospitality: Questioning whether Haines had accepted undeclared food or wine from local businesses, or held undisclosed business interests that could benefit from local tourism funding.
โข Benalla Art Gallery: Pointing to an $8 million redevelopment request for the gallery, the document asked reporters to check if Haines had ever been a member, visited, donated, or had personal relationships with board members or employees.
โข Local Recreation Upgrades: Prompting journalists to check if Haines had trained or played with local sports clubs that received funding upgrades, or if she had accepted free equipment or jerseys from them.
3. Ski Pass Allegations
The document made specific reference to Haines and her husband receiving Mount Buller ski lift passes, noting that she had subsequently made parliamentary requests for infrastructure funding for the alpine resort.
Haines told the Daily Mail that she had never seen the document before it leaked and described the Prime Minister's office's behind-the-scenes strategy as "pretty desperate".

this is how the madness will end
A New York jury just awarded $2 MILLION to a young woman who underwent a double mastectomy at 16 and later detransitioned.
The jury found her psychologist and surgeon liable for malpractice.
Her case alleged that serious mental-health issues, including depression, body dysmorphia, anorexia and autism-spectrum traits, were not adequately addressed before an irreversible procedure was performed on a minor.
Now watch what happens when someone like her speaks publicly.
For years we were told regret was exceedingly rare. We were told these procedures were necessary care. We were told questioning the process itself was dangerous.
But when a detransitioner stands up and says, โThis happened to me,โ suddenly she becomes the problem.
That is the epistemic tell.
When evidence supports the narrative, it is celebrated.
When evidence contradicts the narrative, the person carrying the evidence gets attacked.
A jury heard the testimony. A jury examined the evidence. A jury found malpractice. And a jury put the damages at $2 million.
You donโt protect vulnerable young people by demanding silence from the ones who came back and said, โI wish someone had slowed this down.โ
You protect them by listening.

In Canadian military slang during World War II, "The Plugs" referred to the Princess Louise Dragoon Guards (PLDG), an armored car regiment that served as part of the 1st Canadian Corps in Italy. My father was part of this unit
. As a young boy we often sat quietly at the kitchen table on a Saturday night, and after a rum and coke, dad would begin to reminisce about the war. Iโm as proud of him today as I was then. But Iโm not proud of this prime minister who seems to becomes indigent when in the presence of someone else who has the spotlightโฆ..even for a second. And last nightโs display of disrespect at the Oilersโ game has cast him in the worst possible light.

The spin just got shredded.
RBA Governor Michele Bullock hiked rates to 4.6%, a 15 year high, and then refused to play Albanese and Chalmersโ blame game.
She said it straight:
โInflation is too high and has been driven by domestic capacity pressures, the inflation impulse from the Middle East conflict is in addition to this, domestic spending and investment have been stronger than expectedโ
Then the killer line:
โThe bottom line is that productivity is doing nothingโ
Laborโs entire script collapsed in one press conference.
Albanese spent the morning blaming Morrison, Frydenberg, Putin and Trump.
Chalmers said โMiddle Eastโ ten times in 20 minutes and claimed the RBA statement made it โabundantly clearโ that international factors were the driver.
Bullock said the opposite.
Domestic demand is too hot, supply isnโt growing, productivity is dead and extra government spending is making it worse.
Handouts, tax cuts, free TAFE and bulk billing announcements are not an economic strategy.
They are demand stimulus in an economy that already has excess demand. That is why mortgage holders are copping another hike and why more could still come.
The time for talking points is over.
Cut the spending. Fix productivity.
Stop pretending wars overseas explain a homegrown mess.
