@AscendLaunch kept telling the community that the launchpad would open on November 9. Then, on November 4, restrictions were suddenly lifted without proper notice.
Within hours, nearly 200 tokens launched generating 12K+ swaps and $1.5M+ in reported volume.
But the real issue is the OG communities.
Projects like e/acc and BLOB spent weeks building their communities and bringing attention to Elysium.
Now copycat tokens are using similar names and artwork, splitting liquidity and taking attention away from the originals.
An ecosystem can't grow by ignoring the people who helped build it.
Clear communication fair launches and protection for OG communities matter.
Ascend needs to do better. Don't destroy community trust before mainnet even begins.
