Elysium mainnet is almost here but things are already getting messy.
@AscendLaunch kept telling the community that the launchpad would open on November 9. Then, on November 4, restrictions were suddenly lifted without proper notice.
Within hours, nearly 200 tokens launched generating 12K+ swaps and $1.5M+ in reported volume.
But the real issue is the OG communities.
Projects like e/acc and BLOB spent weeks building their communities and bringing attention to Elysium.
Now copycat tokens are using similar names and artwork, splitting liquidity and taking attention away from the originals.
An ecosystem can't grow by ignoring the people who helped build it.
Clear communication fair launches and protection for OG communities matter.
Ascend needs to do better. Don't destroy community trust before mainnet even begins.

Every new chain crowns one "home" app early. HYPE NFTs still don't have a native home, and Kalos is going after that gap on Elysium with tokens + NFTs + social in one place, plus a revenue-back model on paper.
It's also the first bet from Ascend's incubator, so the Elysium natives are clearly lining up behind it.
